The staff is very welcoming and sweet, Anna from reception has been of great help and has exhibited profound kindness throughout our entire stay. The place is clean, pleasant, the interior design is well thought-through, and the surrounding area is peaceful with beautiful nature and views. The meals at Cyrhla Bistro are delicious and for a reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay and we're looking forward to the next opportunity ✨

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is stylish and located in a quiet neighborhood near nature. The breakfast was very good, special thanks for the good coffee, it is so rare to find a hotel where they brew good coffee in the morning! And a big thank you to the staff. They did everything to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay.

The plot felt a little cramped with no nice views. Our chalet faced the neighbours house. No washing machine.

The combination of the friendly staff, the esthetic and comfortable accommodations, and the enchanting atmosphere made our time at the hotel memorable. One more thing I want to mention is breakfast. It was delicious and so nice! We can't wait to return for another visit.

One of the best place to stay . We really loved the atmosphere, the place is all about the guests. The area is beautiful & the design of the house, the rooms are very nicely done. We loved the dinner & breakfast very much, it was excellent. Staff is very friendly, very helpful. We would love to come back another time as well.

There is a lot if building work going on all around. It didn’t affect us noise wise but it spoils the general ambiance of the area a bit. Nothing the hotel can do about it though….

The only advise from our side would be to put a rubbish bin in the room, so we would have somewhere to put used bottles or food related stuff, as the one in bathroom was too small. But that’s just a minor thing and did not impact our stay.

We liked everything! Beautiful, fresh and clean room, super comfortable bed, one of the best hotel breakfast we have ever had! Staff was super helpful to make a surprise for my partner on his birthday, and they very much exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

One remark for the hotel would be the need for adding a small shelf or holder in the bathroom to help guests put their toothbrush etc.

We were two families travelling together and the hotel as well as the staff was just the best. We totally recommend this hotel to visitors of Zakopane region.

The second room, regular doble room we rented was a bet small for two people with 23 kg laggede and two carryone bages. But in the second day we got use to it and managed space for our convenience.

Very clean, new and stylish place. Positive and resp onsive staff, very tasty breakfast. Shalet was beyond our expectations. Hope to be back to this beautiful quet place.

Everything!! From the design to the beautiful hospitality and the amazing fresh cooked breakfast to die for. I swear it is one of the best stays of my life! Regards to the receptionist she was truly the best

The hotel was a bit outside of Zakopane but we had a car and didnt have any problem.

It is a beautiful place, everything is new, eco friendly and made with love. Our room was clean, pretty and had a great temperature. The breakfast was rich and tasty with a lot of vegan options (especially the scrambled tofu was the best!). The bistro had an interesting menu and nice tea and drinks. The owner was friendly and talkative, I really liked her! Maria in the front desk was very helpful!

We love the friendly staff. Absolutely top! Love the fact that we could have our dog with us. Everything is new and very clean. Super shower! Breakfast is a gem!

If you do not have car, you have to use public transport as there is no sidewalk to the city (bus stop is close). For some reason we could not turn on netflix without having own account (maybe we were doing smth wrong).
