The street at night was incredibly noisy - not only trams and trains but also people sitting in the area. Breakfast was a low point - very bad value for money. Not much choice, the food would get cold fast, small crammed space with sticky stained chairs and the windows that were not washed for ages. It was like a weird time capsule - the rest of Wroclaw is so shiny and modern but this place belonged to a different time.

A spacious clean room with a beautiful view onto the railway station, friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

The airconditioning didn't work! It's very difficult to fall asleep with windows open in such a busy city.

The decor of the room was very drab. No electrical outlet near the bed.

Very central location - right next to the railway station. Very nice all you can eat buffet style breakfast available from the bar downstairs.

The pressure for hot water was not enough in comparance with the pressure for cold water in shower. Also rooms vere not isolated enough from train noise on the streets, but i was able to sleep well.

Due to a construction nearby, the entrance smelled like pee and while I was checking in, there was a drunk man sleeping by the elevators that no one seemed to be bothered by. It also appears that only certain rooms were renovated since mine didn't match any of the pictures, the decor was slightly outdated and wasn't what I expected.

My room key card didn't work, so I had to go to reception twice - first to get the card magnetised and then to get the physical key when it still didn't work. The room was on the top floor and even though the windows were closed the whole night, the traffic noise and the TV in the room next door were clearly audible. This didn't bother me as I sleep in earplugs but I'd imagine I'd have a hard time falling asleep otherwise.

The location is excellent, walking distance from the train station. The staff is lovely, helpful and very professional. The room was quite large, very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee were provided in the room. The breakfast was good if a bit basic. I was very pleased there was a non dairy alternative for coffee (almond milk). I would definitely stay there again.

Could provide still water for rooms rather than just the gas stuff - they didn't have any still bottled water on request, only gas

Was comfy stay just yards from main train station which was what we required for one-night stay - is probs around 1.5km walk to old town from there for anyone considering distance

Excellent location just opposite the train station, good breakfast, a bit dated but room was clean and spacious.

A bit obscured entrance due to building works. A bit of extra signage would help. Also, when booking via comparison site it is not obvoius that the car park needs to booked in advance and is not available at night. Having said so I had no issues parking next to the hotel on the street.
