We were a little bit disappointed with the breakfast as we were hoping for a larger food variety. Another point we were a bit disappointed about was the cleanliness/room service. There was an info that the hotel does not change bed sheets and towels daily due to environmental reasons - which we absolutely love and support - however, we did hope to see the trash emptied, the bathroom cleaned (at least the sink area) and the bed made every day. Sadly, this was not the case. Another point was the spa center - it was slippery all the time because there was too much water everywhere. Maybe it would be better if they clean up the floors every hour or so… Two other small points: there were no hair conditioner (there was 3 in 1 shampoo-shower gel-conditioned that smelled really nicely though!) & body lotion in the room. Also, the tiles in the Finish sauna are a mistake, they were too hot to step on them, usually the floor should be wood too. 😅

We loved the overall experience in the hotel: the spa was great (especially the session/ritual in the Finish sauna); the room was cozy, modern and clean; and the restaurant was very pleasant as well. The spa center has IR and Finish sauna, a steam bath, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, relaxation room and a fitness room. The location is perfect for relaxing - just a couple of minutes walk from a wonderful and sandy beach, and near a small park. The town center is a bit further, but still ok to reach on foot. Finally, the staff was very professional and kind. We would book again!

Bins empty daily, but room clean only upon request strange at 4 star Hotel

Good location, nice spacious modern rooms,close to the beach, good breakfast choices .I checked in early with no extra charges , and it was nice after a long journey .

Possibly keeping the restaurant open for longer in the evening (think the current closing time is 830 pm) could benefit travellers like me. But I am sure there are other factors in this decision which I respect. But other than this , the break for me was just perfect.

Abs fabulous service / hospitality of the staff. Excellent property very calming yet modern decor, live music in bar area (not sure if it is every day but was on Wed for sure when I was there). Location of the property is also next to the beach (hardly 100 m) Breakfast was sumptuous and lots of varieties. Powerful Jacuzzi and steam/sauna and superb massage services too. All in all, a luxurious and relaxing stay.

The pool could be a bit bigger, but it was not a problem at my stay.

A great hotel. Received a free upgrade and the room was impressive and came with a balcony. It managed to be both elegant and cosy. All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Maria at the spa. Good spa facilities. The massage was excellent. You can drink the tap water, as it comes from an ancient, pure water source! The location is great, very close to the promenade and beach. A very pleasant stay.

Bed wasn’t made during the day, just switched out some towels. Needed more towels and had to go down and ask for them. Breakfast was good but not exceptional.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach and restaurants. The swimming pool and jacuzzi area were also comfortable and worth visiting.

Dining staff could be more cheerful and smile more. Reception could be good example for them. The spa reception was smelly. Wet old towels could be smelled from the elevator

Rooms are cleaned not often enough, we stayed 4 nights and has not been cleaned once, considering it also near the beach with sand and etc.
