An absolute gem of place to stay. We booked a room with a Mountain View and weren’t disappointed. It’s right next to the bus & train station. Not central but an ideal base if you’re happy to walk. Beautifully decorated and provides everything you need from an apartment. Absolutely loved it.

The size of the room was very good with a nice sized bed. Big TV but unfortunately the netflix did not work but it's not a big deal. 2 burner induction hob with pots and pans provided as well as plates, cups, bowls, silverware. Convenient shop below. The centre of Zakopane is only a 15 minute walk away with excellent food. You are very close to the train station and bus station which is very handy but you do get some noise into the night but it is bearable. I think i just got unlucky with the people staying near me as they did become a little noisy.

We were in Apartment 8, very lovely I must admit but the stairs make it a bit difficult to access, must especially if you are carrying heavy luggages. There isn’t the facility of a lift. Furthermore, the common staircase was quite dirty.

Location! Perfect location if you’d like to travel by bus to chocholowskie termy, Morskie Oko and other main tourist destinations as the bus terminus is just round the corner. It is also very close to Krupowki street. Netto mini-market is opposite the apartment and another small grocery store can be found under.

All we missed was a broom or something for the cleaning of the floor, as there was no regular cleaning done.

I strongly recommend this place. Very comfy and well located next to the bus station. Tesco just in front of the building and there’s also a Jabka for smaller groceries (a kind of 7/11, open until 11 pm everyday). 1 km to the city center, which is quickly done by foot. Amazing design of the rooms. Nice owner who tries his very best to meet your requirements. We even stayed longer than expected. Good wifi too.

It had a kitchen but no oil to cook with, no salt, pepper no cooking utensils etc. Bathroom had no soap no shower gel etc. The bed was rather uncomfortable and hard, the blanket filling was noticeably bunched up in one corner, only one nightstand lamp if you want to read a book. Checking in was confusing and contacting the staff only via calling the phone. The pictures of the room don’t match reality.

Location was a little bit away center but not too far, perfect if you want to take the bus as it was just around the corner. Appartement was quiet and clean. Breakfast was alright as well, nothing special but had a variety to choose from.

Our Apartment /no. 11/ view to the brewery yard is not nice (full of Air conditions), making noice. Can not open the window during night. Breakfest without a choice of items. The furniture condition /chairs, kitchen unit/ not maintained - need some adjustment. Coffee machine not available, but delivered on request next day.

The apartment was nice and clean. The food shop (Zabka market) available on ground floor. Free parking close to the town center and bus conections. Air condition in the apartment. Breakfest delivered to door at 7 AM.

The communication with the owners (?) was almost non existent. I’d messaged in advance (on booking.com and on what’s app) to see if I could drop my bag off early, no response. The apartments are difficult to find (initially) as there’s no sign from the road and the entrance is round the back of an electronics store. I didn’t receive any checking in instructions on the day of my arrival, but did manage to get a response on what’s app once I got to the property (there’s no check in desk or anything, so no one you can ask). The WiFi wasn’t working in my room (weak signal so it did work in the stairway), again, no response on what’s app until the day I was leaving (4days later). They were apologetic then, apparently there was an issue with the router for the apartments on that side of the stairwell. It did get fixed, but that didn’t really help me.

Very well appointed studio apartment, right next to the main train station. It’s about a 10 minute walk into the town centre and there’s a decent sized supermarket (Biedronka) about 5 mins walk away. The bed was comfortable, the place has ac, and the shower had good pressure and temperature.

The room it’s very small the air filter very dirty. Have a 2 coffees and 2 teas no milk and no replace or some ones we can ask for few more coffees I didn’t aspect free I just want something more, i understand if I ask for more I have to pay.

When I arrive I need to call them about the information to get in. Costumer service it’s said was send me a sms for all the right information. I was receive the information on Friday I was booking from Thursday. Send me the wrong number of the room, when I went there I was call them again and he apologies for the mistake, I was asking 1 week before about if it’s possible have a bouquet of flowers i receive the sms to say yes, i went there I’m really disappointed about the mistake.
