Lights keep switching off in common areas. No WiFi in kitchen and dining area. Rude receptionist. Dirty plates in cupboard. Stove out of order. Water turned off during the day on one day. Kitchen closed during various hours of the day and night. Chairs in corridor are for decoration only. I moved a chair and put my feet without shoes on it. It was a problem. The reception police had to step in without proper explanation why I wasn't allowed to sit comfortably with a light next to me to write. The lamp was not allowed to be moved towards the comfortable chairs. Everything is being tried to make the common areas as uncomfortable to spend time in as possible. Success. Only cash payments permitted. Service is a foreign word.

1. Most beds have no power socket to charge the phone 2. No accessible light near the beds 3. The room was quite hot and no fan was available (like other hotels) 4. The floor I was on, had only 2 toilets for like at-least 5 rooms (20-30 beds?) 5. The stairways had automatic lights but most times they were not lighting up so I had to walk in complete dark during nights. 6. No drinking water available (compared to other hotels that atleast have a little filter for the water) 7. Check-in time is 16:00, when I asked if I can come a bit earlier, and leave my bag in the locker, they told I can only check-in after 16:00, and after that they didn’t answer my messages! 8. The clean bed sheets/pillow and blanket covers were provided on each bed, but you need to put on everything yourself. So if you are arriving tired, looking to fall on your bed, you actually have a job to do 9. The location is a bit isolated away from the city center

1.I Felt sheer Racisim staying here. 2.I asked for one hour of extension for check-out timing,I agreed to pay 160 zl in night to one of guy at reception,they only wanted cash and i told him i will pay cash once i return in morning,In Morning there was change of staff,The lady was uncooperative,did not wanted to talk in english,racist,she said she cannot extend as everything is booked,but it was available on booking.com and also she said we need to leave by 11.00 and at dot 10.57 she knocked at the door telling us to move out,fortunately me and my friend was ready and moving out already,so i told her she is 3 minutes early. 3.We left the luggage there at Hostel in morning,they even charged us for luggage storage,We came back by 3.30pm I asked the lady at reception to use the guest bathroom as I neeed to change into my shorts,she said I cannot use the washroom as i am no guest here anymore,she was so ruthless and racist that she told me to go to the nearby mall and use the washroom,is this thier hospitality Standards?Booking.Com you need to re-think about certain properties,I have travelled to so many countries and hotels and hostel but never faced anything like this, There was zero support and cooperation from overall staff,they should just have told me to leave the very first day.

Beds were indeed kind of rough and indeed (as others say) you had to lay the sheets yourself, which was kind of weird tbh.

It was not just a good hostel for its price. It was good hostel full stop (.) Pleasant staff, really clean it even had lockers inside the room to lock your stuff, which was super convenient. Highly recommended.

- the shared bathroom: it was almost impossible not to get the clothes wet, without leaving the shower only in a towel. For me, the comfortability in the bathroom is necessary:) - The bathroom is not separated by genders!!! For me it was uncomfortable. - There are hangers for clothes, but outside of the cabin and it's really inconvenient that way. It would be a good solution to change it somehow, maybe add some waterproof space in the cabin for clothes, toiletries, a phone and a key. - The cooker didn't work. First day the kitchen was closed because of some filming, the next day I came to the kitchen and I noticed a paper saying it doesn't work. I have asked another guest, he said that this situation is going on for a longer period of time (he was staying in this property a few weeks ago and it was already like that). It is a huge inconvenience for people who want to cook a homemade meal! It might be very inconvenient for people with allergies who cannot always eat out. - There were not enough hangers or space to hang the clothes for 6 people.

Nice staff, the hotel probably was renovated. At least seems so. The rooms were clean and whenever I asked for something, the staff was helpful. The receptionists were very very polite and professional! My stay there was relatively inexpensive.

1) Kitchen/common room is closing twice per day. 12:00-15:00 and 23:00-03:00. Wanna have lunch or do some work? Forget about it. The same with late dinner. So you only could be in your room this period. 2) it's impossible to work online from hostel. Because only one place where you could is closing in afternoon 3) Weak Wi Fi signal. Really bad for making call and even messaging. 4) Slippery tiles on the floor 5) 2 from 3 days there was no soap in the toilet. 6) Atmosphere. Too many rules and threats: deposit for keys, penalty for washing, they even recommend you how to pee. 7) bedclothes with holes.

The cold water pressure was really low. But that's just a small thing that doesn't impact the experience.

The cleanliness of the dorms is nice. Interior is also good. All facilities were clean. And the location from the main city is good. The bed was comfy. Opening the window gave enough ventilation for the hot day.

I got there after 3 days of travel, booked two nights and was woken up very early to ask me to change rooms! Kitchen is locked at lunch time. They kick you out of the hostel at checkout, no bag storage. There is no common space to meet people (the point of a hostel)., The lights in the whole place are constantly flashing on and off, one of them is on a 2 second motion sensor! Seriously, don't go if you are photosensitive or have epilepsy in your family. They tried to keep my deposit for the key and I had to argue with them. The owner and the girl who worked the mornings were downright nasty. Not close to the center. The patio and lawn in the back are for the owner's BMW, not for you.

The Egyptian night receptionist was very friendly and we had a good conversation.

I arrived at 21:55 and had confirmed check-in hours from 22:00 till 23:00 (booking support confirmed this information after). The lady on the reception desk started the check-in process, but after seeing my passport (unfortunately I'm Russian citizen) she started to speak Russian and said that its not possible to do check-in, because I was too late and the “Booking's system” doesn't allow to do check-in. P.S. just for context, this will not affect my support of Ukraine and Ukrainian people, but doing something like this knowing nothing is just silly.

So this hostel was great. I had a private room and it was comfortable, spotless clean and I met great people who showed me around the city. It was safe and the staff were unbelievably kind as this was my first time out of my country and spoke no Polish. The lady at the reception called a taxi for me when I was leaving and I believe I made the right decision choosing this hostel to stay and recommend it to everyone.

When I arrived at the daytime receptionist didn't speak any English. The follow shift wasn't really in the mood to talk to me (I have wanted to stay one more day ), after he was complaining that I took my coffee cup there , together with the room key . The lights were automatic, and I had to shake my hands all the time to keep it clear. Otherwise, you are rescuing to stay in the dark when you are in the bathroom. I have asked if they are having a practice for early wake-up but have been told in a very mean way to use my alarm. :) Just the whole stay was a bit unpleasant. The rooms were clean, but fx there was not a bulb in some of the lights. So I think that there is still a huge room cor improvement.

The common area is connected to the kitchen which is closed almost all the time, it took me by surprise that the showers were mixed and there was nothing no hand your towel inside so there wasn’t much privacy, only 2 toilets per floor, they have a weird electricity control so the light in the hallway was turning off every 10 seconds which made it impossible to work there (and the common area closed yay) I was condemned to spend the whole time inside my room which didn’t have any plugs near the uppers bed so I had to buy and extension, no female dorms, beds are loud, quite hot in the summer, it’s basically just bunk beds for some construction workers that tend to be stinky and snore like wolves (this is not the hostel’s fault though) female dorms would be helpful, anyways there’s 0 good hostel vibe there and I DO NOT recommend it for digital nomads, my sleeping was so bad there that o had to run away after the second night

They charged me for only leaving my bag (one backpack) the day of the check in but before the check in hour. I agreed to pay of course because there was nothing else I could do. I came back at the same night and my bag was just laying on the floor in the middle of the corridor. Not cool. Besides, at the day of check out, I planned my schedule of taking a shower and packing by the time of the check out (11am), at 10am two of the staff barged into my room and start vacuuming. When I kindly said I’d appreciate if they let me have my privacy for at least another 30 minutes, I got yelled and called “rude”.

I liked Nothing, pretty much 😡 I was traveling during the Beyoncé summer tour and this was the only place available.
