The water in shower, room 405, ran out over the entire floor, all the way to the carpet. Used towels to dry as much as possible up. I told them, so hopefully they can fix it. Maybe just a clogged drain. Only spent one night. Takes about 22 min to the city with UBER or 37 with a tram. You have to change trams on the way in. We use Jakdojade app to get around in Poland.

Location is not far from a McDonald's, store, pizza place, tram and bus. People working there where very nice. Room was vary clean.

Despite some small misunderstandings at check in, the stay was a nice one. The hotel is modern, clean and well located. The food at breakfast and the pool water, which seemed quite cold to me, could be improved. Instead, we had dinner at the MONO restaurant, and the food was exceptional. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

It was lovely to get the required cot for the baby without any extra charges. Breakfast was good, but a little bit too expensive. Since the hotel is not big enough, it is also nice that they squeezed a pool and had a perfect sauna.

It’s strange how you have to pay for parking in their hotel. Also charge of €120 deposit then check-in. Spa lounge very crowded and needs jacuzzi.

Amazing rooms with modern architecture. Extra bits left in the room like coffee, hygiene products.

The parking fees were quite high. Unfortunately the pool and sauna was only opened until 9 PM. The TV was bit that easy to operate 😂 but now I am being picky.

Check-in was simple, nice room, wonderful shower head (And I am not throwing compliments about shower heads every day left and right 😅). We received vouchers at the reception for a glass of wine/small beer for the restaurant on location. The restaurant was also good, quick service. Everybody was speaking English.

Warm water does not last longer than 1 minute. It gets cold. Than it warms up again, but it is inconsistent. On 12Dec evening, there was not water at all. Called reception and they informed hotel does not have a water supply. The city water supply was making changes on the pipes and it remained with no water for more than 1 hour. Only a few causal restaurants in the area.

Room is spacious and comfortable, bed is very good. They keep one elevator always available, with door open at the groud floor. You do not need to be waiting long. Breakfast has a variety of products, there are choices enough if you want to eat healthy.

Absolutely amazing stay. Brand new, clean big comfortable rooms. Great staff and very polite. Spa area is unreal, gorgeous starry night ceiling, sauna and super clean. Downstairs is a great restaurant, we ordered room service and received best pizza I’ve ever had. Super fresh and delicious. It was the Fungi pizza, you need to try it. Also the burger was super delicious. Great stay and highly recommend for the cost. Thanks!

In general, I liked everything, but due to the early departure to the airport at 5 a.m., there was no opportunity to have breakfast or take food out.

The impression of the hotel is very pleasant and a hotel with advanced technologies. I was pleasantly surprised by the latest technologies used in the equipped rooms and in the very beautiful and comfortable swimming pool and sauna. The reception staff is very qualified and polite. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. It is especially convenient that the hotel is located near the airport and can be used during an air transfer.
