The bar shut too early and even on one night it was closed for a private event. We should have been informed of this before, or at least upon, arrival.

Beautiful luxury hotel, with friendly staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Food and drinks (especially the cocktails) were also first class.

This hotel is truly amazing. From the minute we arrived we had a fabulous stay.We booked a twin room. We were upgraded on arrival. All staff we had interaction with could not be more helpful and friendly. The facilities are second to none, especially the spa ( which was a dream!). The location was also great-right between the old town/Jewish quarter-easily accessible by foot. I highly recommend , you will not be disappointed!

Location was fantastic right between the old town and the Jewish quarter. Rooms were gorgeous - large and well decorated. Very clean. Amazing bathrooms! The hotel smelt like a spa everywhere Facilities great including the spa and gym. Food was also gorgeous

Breakfast seems to be getting worse / smaller every time i visit. This time there were no hot options in the buffet breakfast?!? Very strange for a hotel of this standard and this price. No problem to order hot breakfast from A la Carte and they are great but there were no buffet choices for hot meats etc like sausages, bacon, beans etc etc. Even the breakfast area has been reduced. It used to include a second counter near the kitchen, now all squeezed into the front part of the breakfast room near the entrance.

Great spa dna fitness area, best in Krakow. Staff fantastic and rooms super comfortable.

Everything was amazing, nothing to dislike

This whole hotel is so beautiful! The rooms are a very good size and very clean, bathroom was also spotless and cleaned every day during our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a couple of minutes walk to the main square and Jewish quarters so it was very handy. The spa is stunning, lovely pool, loungers, and lots of good rooms around the pool. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hedwig's Bar was disappointing. We walked in, were given a terrible table on our own out the back. When we didn't like the table, the server didn't seem to care. We left and didn't go back. Maybe they don't like older couples in the trendy bar. Other than this our stay was perfect.

Exceptional hotel, thought of everything to make a comfortable stay. Great location between the old town and the Old Jewish Quarter, so lots in easy walking distance. Lovely staff and great breakfast. Spacious well equipped rooms. Tranquil spa was lovely to fully unwind after a day in the town. Amazing gym.

Everything. The Staff were so helpful and always with a smile. The Beds were the best I have ever slept on in a hotel. Couldn’t get my Grandsons out of them in the morning. Location was great.👍 also Spa is wonderful.💝

Lovely clean hotel and only 10 minutes walk from centre and 5 minutes walk to Castle. The pool, two saunas and steam room were brilliant to have after exploring Krakow.

The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. I was expecting a continental buffet breakfast but this wasn’t the case. Instead they hand you a small menu with a couple of choices such as eggs on toast or oatmeal and then there is a small buffet with cold items like cold cuts and cheeses, cerials and some pastries.

We had a lovely stay at the Stradom Hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful. The location was perfect. It was right at the centre of Krakow just down the street from Wawel castle and with many bars and restaurants within walking distance.The hotel, design wise is stunning, modern but very warm and inviting. The bar area especially is gorgeous. Our room was very clean and had all the necessities you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The bed was really comfortable, a nice sized tv which connects to netflix and bluetooth, black out curtains, heating which you could adjust as you like, tea and coffee making appliances and a mini fridge. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. We had a small box in the bathroom filled with all sorts of products which was really thoughtful. There was even a speaker in the bathroom so you could listen to music while having a shower. As for the spa facilities, these were great! The pool area had all sorts of facilities ranging from a sauna to a steam room they even had a cryotherapy bath. The indoor lap pool was nice but the water was quite cold for my liking. I expected it to be warmer. We booked a massage as well which was lovely and tailored to our liking. Very professional. They even gave us a small sample bottle with the oil they used during the massage which you can pick prior to the massage.

Feel of luxury everywhere, a true five star experience, great rooms with very comfortable beddings, all amenities there, stuffed minibar, a wonderful marble bathroom with rain shower. Breakfast also very delightful with gluten free options. Eggs Shakshuka we can really recommend. Convenient Location with underground garage.

The hotel was so beautiful. We went to the bar a few times during our stay and it was maybe the most incredible setting! The drinks were always quick and always delicious. The spa was a lovely touch, made the holiday just that bit more relaxing. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom nice and bright and airy. Found the built in sound system in the bathroom a hilarious touch, I was listening to the radio whilst cleaning my teeth every morning. You can also turn it off if not wanted! We were in the centre of the city, surrounded by bars, restaurants and plenty to do. Links with the tram, bus and train were conveniently placed too. We asked the reception for local recommendations for places to go and how to get around and they were always full of useful info. Welcoming.

Food in Restaurant. I had a little accident with the dysfunctional coffee Machine which caused me injury to my face and ruin my cashmere white pullover . When I mentioned to the staff it did not seem to be so important and noting was done about it. In any other Hotel it would have been handled different way.
