If the hotel would like to know the reason for not reaching excellent from us we will share privately. Regarding the business centre; Perhaps an attendant to provide a personalized service would work better regarding refreshments during the two breaks. Just a thought as we managed ourselves.

The location was excellent - very central. The room was very comfortable with very comfy bed and a really great work light. Very hard to get this in a hotel so excellent re lighting. The business centre was also very bright and comfortable.

A good Hotel for a weekend. There is a swimming pool and SPA area. Good breakfast. Convenient location. Nice friendly staff. Clean good rooms.

We couldn't change the temperature in the room. You cannot open the windows and the air-conditioning didn't work that well so we didn't have very good sleeping conditions. The room remained very warm.

The staff was really friendly! The breakfast buffet was very good and also the lady that served the breakfast buffet did a very good job. We had one very nice dinner in the restaurant, nice food and good service. My kids loved the pool! The room had a little coffee/tea bar and a mini fridge.

Hotel overall meet the expectation. The breakfast was good and room were comfortable. The location was very good very closed to main mall. Staff was nice. Initially we had problem with the payment but later the reception guy solve the issue right away. overall satisfied.

Car garage needs a car charger. The shower drain should be cleaned more often.

Only thing we didn't like so much was the amount of chlorine in the water. Even after rinsing and washing our swimming clothes they still smelled of Chlorine and my travel companion had bright red (irritated) eyes for a whole day.

Very lovely staff! Early check in was no problem and we could leave our luggage there after we had checked out, bonus points for that!! The sauna area is small but great. Breakfast was decent.

Room was more on the simple side, compared to luxurious Grand Focus hotel nearby. No central light switches at the bed.

Nice modern clean room. I loved the fitness centre, although it was fairly small which is normal for a hotel it had a great variety of free weights and calisthenics equipment. Very helpful and friendly staff!

Despite the good location, it was rather loud during the nights because of the street noises! Closing the window did sadly not cancel them out completely.

The hotel has a very good location - you can reach almost everything by foot. Breakfast was amazing and staff tried to help however they could!

Even though the outside temp was between 19 and 24 degrees (C) the room felt moist, warm and stuffy. There was an AC control and when we turned on the fans the noice was unbearable, like standing behind a jumbojet. The stuffiness remained however. The cleaning during the stay was spotty and they did not refill the toilet paper and change sheets even though we requested that with the sign on the bed. In one of the rooms there where plastic mattress covers that made sleeping sweaty and in our second room there where no plastic sheets but instead, the sheets where too small and did not reach under the mattress so you awoke on the mattress with a wrinkled sheet somewhere in the bed. We requested new sheets (again with the provided note on the bed) but the problem remained. The breakfast was OK but not more.

The staff was nice and helpful. The pool area was great and we could enjoy swimming and water play with the kids even though the weather was bad. The rooms felt clean when we arrived.

The room was extremely hot and the ventilation system was not working properly, so we had to open the window to cool down the room, which meant it was quite noisy, as our room overlooked the road. When we arrived, there were hardly any towels, and when we received some more towels, the only ones available were small ones. Luckily, the next day we received large ones.
