The breakfast was OK, but nothing too special. They should have more coffee machines and more vegetarian food to offer. Each morning there were plenty of people waiting in front of the coffee machine.

Location, rooms, staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great underground parking and it's very close to the city center. The check-in was very easy, nothing to complain about.

Air conditioning is a bad joke. Absolutely not okay in a four star fairly expensive hotel..!! Management knows this but does nothing!!

One could not really feel the quality difference between Ibis and Novotel (both are in the same building). One guest was bring up his dog (pug) in the elevator in his lap next to us and both my girfriend and me received a couple of flea bites (probably) from the dog

Breakfast was really good with many options, staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We never used any transportation in the city. We could reach the hotel from the train station by walking in 10 mins, and it was well-centered to visit all the other nice parts of the city.

When we checked in the flush in the toilet was not properly working. At the reception, we asked for it to be fixed the next day and they confirmed and wrote down our room number. The next day we came back in the evening to see that it was still not working, and in addition, no one came to clean the room, even though we also asked for that. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Cleaning room facilty was not good and staff didnt change my bedsheets and arrange my bed or change towels. after telling to kain desk i didnt even heard they appologize for that it was bad .

Hotel should pay more attention to the final check before giving the rooms access. We booked a room with sofa bed, while the allocated room had only one double bed and no sofa at all. So this was changed later. No water bottels were in the room, which we also had to request later likewise toilet paper and shampoo.

Room was nice and clean, in addition we were pleased by the central location with all the facilities on walking distance.

Would have liked the room to be a little bigger, but we were not cramped either.

Bed was amazing! the hotel has a check-out at 12 and we were co comfortable, we did not want to leave the bed. Location was great also, Right in the city Centre, however, the room was nice and quiet. Couldn't hear the traffic at all. Breakfast was good, good quality product and plenty of choices.

Reception staff did not followup on any issues, I was ignored several times for my simple bathroom accessories. Understandable due to Corona Housekeeping in rooms was stopped and I was told to contact reception for amenities, but they never arrived. During a fire alarm I exited via stairs to court yard, staircase nice and clean but last external exit to court yard had broken tiles and was an obstruction . Smoke doors in guest room corridor did not close, Fire doors from lift lobby to carpark was both wedged open, General staff at reception was unfamiliar with the situation and obviously more training is needed. Staff training is even more important as it was obvious that no automatic call was made to fire brigade and therefore staff would have to deal with any situation.

F&B was excellent including very service minded young staff.

Not operational aircon in the middle of summer is not acceptable. After request to change our room, receptionist replied that someone will come to check if its really not working (!?!?) - treating clients like idiots. Second room was not really colder, so we used our window instead of AC. Sweaty night...
