No Hostel atmosphere. The majority of the accommodation are private rooms. I stayed during school holidays and there were loads of kids. It felt more like a family hotel than a hostel.

Shower wasn’t hot, you had to hold the shower, the drain wasn’t working so you had to keep turning on and off the water. Only 1 shower for 10 people.

Good location , some of things needed updating and fixing , more maintenance on the lockers , bathroom inconvenient with shower . Heater work only 10 min . After u have to wash with cold water. Staff polite and kind any request . Kitchen full with facilities. Good place for eat and relax .

The receptionist with her curt answers, giving the impression that she is obliged to do that job, and not doing it becxause she likes it. Could have been a little nicer and attentive. The light bulb of the lamp next to my bed had been removed by someone, so I could not use it.

Perfect location, right in the middle of the most important part of town. Breakfast was good, with bread, delicious jams, milk, coffee, tea and cereals. The room was very good, with spacious locker.

Very noisy ( they do offer earplugs in the reception), we were charged 5zl for towels, and the breakfast was really basic (it’s a hostel tho so it’s fine)

The breakfast was not very extensive (a few types of oats/cereals, milk, white simple bread slices, some sweet spreads). However, the common breakfast kitchen was fully equipped so there is the possibility to prepare and store your own food as well.

The hostel uses a cool concept: three bedrooms (which can be booked by different guests) all connected to one living space which is very well-equipped with a kitchen, dining table, sofa, TV, bathroom. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The ventilation in the rooms should be better as well as security to the whole hostel. You do have very large lockers so you can put everything in your locker! The room of 6 is connected to another room so quite a lot of people are walking through your room. Because of a misunderstanding our room was overbooked during the 3rd night. We asked the reception for another night which was all okay but unfortunately something went wrong and they asked us to leave our room immediately during the 2nd day. The hostel could have handled this situation better or compromise for our extra costs.

The curtains in the beds made the room nice! A little more privacy. The hostel is right on the Main Street, so everything is easily accessible. Tourist information is only 2 minutes away. The staff was helpful about the things we wanted to do in Zakopane. Breakfast was okay.

There is no way you can adjust the check in time before 3 pm.

Right in the centre of Zakopane, this place is an excellent stay. Breakfast is included in the booking. Transportation is frequent. We got a spacious separate room for three of us, which is really great in a hostel.

24/7 reception, showers, next to bus station. We arrived at midnight and we're welcomed. Very good telephone contact.

The music from the restaurant is very loud all day long (until around 23). Room of 6 is a walking through another room so there are loads of people walking through in the night. There's no verification who enters the hostel (main door is always open). I would recommend only for people who wants to party, if going to the mountains in the mornong, maybe take another place :)

Good location, you can't be more central in Zakopane. Lockers in the rooms, electricity outputs close to beds.

The street can be super noisy at night so be wary about leaving your windows open since there is no Air conditioning. The breakfast is basic and all processed crap, nothing special at all
