A trickle of water in my shower alas, the mini fridge in a room cupboard with no air holes & the depressing neighborhood (oh, those project type buildings in vis-à-vis...)

Super underground parking, simple rooms with decent balcony, real soundproof walls and no nonsense interior design. The real deal is in the restaurant. Great food changed monthly by the chef, impressive wine menu, a sabre to decapitate champagne bottles (!) and a breakfast of champions. Bravo for the large choice of honey in the lobby boutique area.

It is very nice, cosy, relaxing hotel with nice spa zone and excellent restaurant, for me it it the best stylish hotel biutique in Bialystok. I also recommend to buy food or drinks in their mini shop because of exclusive quality.

I didn't really like the mattress on the bed; it was too soft. Also, the face towels were of very poor quality. The toilets were very small, and I'm a tall person, so it wasn't comfortable for me to use them.

Very beautiful and luxury hotel with a lot of nice details on every corner and in every room. Delicious breakfast. Nice and stylish SPA (jacuzzi pool + 2 saunas). Also for children was available comfortable single bed and not sofa as usual.

Our main concern was the soundproofing. It was not perfect, and we were able to hear noises both from outside and within the hotel. During our visit, there were a wedding and another party, which meant loud music and voices could be heard. However, we were forewarned about this before we arrived and chose the hotel with this knowledge, so it didn't majorly disrupt our sleep. If you don't tolerate noise much, you might want to pick a different hotel if there's a party happening. Another aspect to note is the hotel's location. While not centrally located - with the train station and old town 3km and 2km away, respectively - we didn't find this to be a significant issue. We used Bolt for transport, which was relatively cheap in the area, but this distance could be a potential inconvenience for some guests.

Our two-night stay at this hotel was better than we thought it would be. The hotel and the people who work there were really good. The rooms were tidy, had lots of space and all the stuff you need, including stuff to iron your clothes. The beds were comfy, with nice soft mattresses and different pillows to pick from. The people who worked at the hotel were friendly and always ready to help. We spoke to them before we got there and while we were there, and they were always useful. The spa area is small but really nice and cosy, so remember to bring your swimwear. The breakfast is plain but nice, with lots of different things to pick from. The fantastic Memorial Museum Siberia is only a 5-minute walk away, so you should definitely go there.
