Everything is as per description. The apartment was nice, cozy, with all that need. Easy to enter the apartment. Not far from the city center and with very good network of public transport. Big balcony, comfort bad, small kitchen zone, but with everything's that need.

I made a mistake for a wrong check out, however when I realised i immediately contacted with the service and they told me they would let the cleaning service now. I came back to the place, packed my stuff as fast as I can. Once it was done I was just sitting down the chair for a second and the cleaning lady was there, she threw my luggage outside and was so rude to me . The whole stay was ruined by this experience, this thing had never happened to me throughout 14 years of being a solo traveler so I was just shocked 😮

It was a good studio with everything you need. Good public transportation to everywhere you need

The apartment is apparently managed by BookingHost. The TV and the hair dryer were broken and it was unnecessarily hard to get someone to even acknowledge it. I was getting bounced between email and phone support, everyone telling me to try the other method. I was finally able to put in a service ticket and was contacted to schedule a technician to take a look at the issues, but despite agreeing on a date and time they never arrived. Spent the whole day in the room waiting for nothing. I gave up and had to do without them and I will probably think twice before renting from BookingHost again.

For the price the apartment is well equipped, clean. There is a small assortment of tea and coffe available which is nice to have after a journey. The capsule coffe maker is a nice addition. The room isn't too noisy, and has a nice view.

A/C did not work during the stay (even though I kept the exterior door closed and it was turned on). Bed was not super comfortable for me.

Room is simply but elegantly decorated. I loved the huge balcony. Elevators in the building were fast. The building itself is very nice. WiFi was quick with no issues. Curtains block out ALL light. Nice location. Quiet at night.

Washing machines are on 6 and 7th floor about 6 machines in total for the whole hotel!

Clean room, as advertised. Clean toilet. All facilities were provided. Balcony overlooking city with a great view at night. Central location. The cleaning lady was 5 mins late than check in time but I didn't mind as she was quick and thorough to reset the room, and was helpful.

There was a problem with the electric stove with the sensor (doesn't recognize the pan), the chairs are very low for the bar in the kitchen, you can't eat.

A modern building a little far from the center, there is good transportation, quite a nice room. Excellent air conditioner. Free indoor parking.

a neighbor was smoking, so from time to time that smell partly appeared in my room

the location is 2km from Rondo, so you have a choice for a short walk or 2 bus stops. the supermarket is nearby, also a nice coffee spot with alternative coffee and a bakery with the cheesecakes in the area relatively close to bus station Warsaw Zachodnia (in case you arrive or depart from this station, it's 20-30 min walk)

I did not know that the hotel room does not belong to the hotel itself. And at the front desk, I had a long conversation with the staff. I also tried for a long time to get the key out of the box near the door. The cleaning lady helped me with this. My room was never cleaned during the 6 days of my stay.

Comfortable room and nice view. Everything was in the kitchen. Crockery, cutlery, detergents, coffee and tea.

Though there is a non-smoking policy but all three rooms smelled after cigarettes. Opened windows helped a bit but not much. The rooms ans beds look bigger on the photos. In reality the rooms were smaller. The beds as well.

We liked the restaurant in the facilities. There is also a beaty salon. Good breakfast and lunch...Very nice hall and great location to get to EXPO XXI. The rooms could be opened with a code that is very convenient. The shops and cafes are in the building.
