Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelThe standard rooms are in the ground floor, which is an unpleasant situation. The curtains have to be closed at all times. Our room was also facing the elevator and it is a noisy spot with no privacy.

The hotel property is beautiful, the location is amazing, the staff were top tier. I absolutely loved the fitness centre. I would come back to Warsaw just to spend another weekend here. Old town is a few steps away from the property and the property could be a tourist attraction.

United KingdomWhat a gem find this is. It’s a new hotel on the map of Warsaw but yet so different than other 5 star hotels in the city. Set in the old town it’s really convenient if you want to do some sightseeing. Rooms are spacious and decor is superb. Very clean, attention to every detail in the room. I absolutely love it! Staff is friendly and professional and the whole building is an architectural masterpiece. I feel the best hotel in Warsaw has a very strong competitor now. Rooms are equally good and for the fraction of the price. My new favourite place to stay (and I stayed in ALL 5* hotels in Warsaw over the years).
