The location is very good, not far from the Warsaw airport (10 minutes by car). The room is big and comfortable with all nessary things for short stay.

For group of 6 adult and 2 little kids it was little bit crowded. And owners did not respond on our e-mails, we had to communicate via call, but it was all right - no complication and very kind approach.

Everythink was ready for our group :-) We appriciate that we could come around midnight. The rooms were clean and comfy. The accomodation is well located - near to the bus stop to the city center, we usually used the public transport. We can recommend this place :-)

Points that could be improved: 1. There was water in glass bottles in the room, but I couldn’t find a bottle opener. 2. The shower stall was leaking, so after taking a shower there was some water on the floor.

I liked the staff, the woman was friendly and helped us to book a taxi at night. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean.

I would feel more confident in a hidden room, not one over the main door. Communication with the reception, we communicated mainly by emails.

The interior, the furniture, the large terrace and the fresh, fresh air. There's an air conditioner and central heating, nice bathroom, a little drink for welcome. And everything - with a pinch of personal care for you

I deduct points for missing communication - I never got any answer via the booking.com messenger regarding the arrival. At the end, the key was in the door and the check-in was very convenient - but I did not get any information about this in advance. Plus a small point: I would appreciate having the window closed on arrival during winter season. It took then a while to get the room heated.

My room was excellent, the location is very convenient - close to the airport but still not being disturbed too much by landing and starting planes. The room and villa in general are very clean.

No decent restaurants near by, so meals should be carefully planned. Pretty far from town, and nearest bus/ tram stops are a good distance away. Having a car or bike a necessity for long stays.

Tucked away in an out of the way location, a surprisingly clean, cosy and almost home-like stay. The owner has taken great effort to decorate the decent-sized rooms, and the little personal touches are evident in the decor and furnishings. The clean, well stocked toilet is a big plus. Property is surrounded by a small, lush green garden, and I could actually hear bees and insects! Thankfully the windows and doors have a net screen to keep insects outside. The verandah attached to my room was a nice touch. Despite the location, getting a taxi to the airport very early in the morning was no problem. English speaking, helpful lady owner was another big advantage. TIP: Make sure you inform the property of the approximate time of your arrival, so somebody is waiting to check you in. I overlooked this and had to wait outside for some time.
