A bit of noise from railway but not so bad to prevent sleeping, couldnt find any shops nearby to buy some food, but tbh didnt look for it properly.

Very tidy and calm, friendly staff let us leave the luggage till check in time.

The wardrobe was locked, was a bit cool inside.

It is close to railway station by walk. The room small but cozy, with big bathroom area. Price was the lowest around others. Arrival was after midnight, stuff let me in. Bed soft, good to sleep, room was clean. Hairdryer was working well.

The staff is really not friendly. I am not exaggerating. When we arrived at the hotel, she was super impolite while checking us in. Despite the fact we were really exhausted, we didn’t start arguing, but there were lots of moments during the conversation. On top of that, we were not able to call a taxi , it is located near the airport though. We had to go on foot to get to the airport. There was a bottle under bed.

It was close to a railroad and for some reason trains blew their horns when they passed by. One would wake up in the middle of the night

Noises of trains and planes were killing me. Cherry on the top was leaves blowing machine sounds at 8 am. My pillow was really bad and I did not rest properly.

It’s close to the airport, and has snow white bedding and towels, hot clean shower.

Thanks Tatjana , she helped us to rent taxi in early morning . Good for staying becouse near location to Modlin airport 10min. Bus station to Varsawa center is easy walking 10 min to railway station Modlin and 60 min to center

The receptionist doesn't speak english, so it was hard to communicate. The hotel is near a railway and an airport, so you can hear trains going and airplanes landing at night, especially with a window open. Though there are earplugs provided if you need them.

The room was very clean and had everything for a short stay. The location is not far from the airport, so perfect for a 1 night stay before your flight.

I can't mention anything significant. Only that room is really small, but for us it was acceptable.

The price is very nice. The location is good if you are okay with walking distances close to 1km.

Besides railway with trains going every 10min plus the close the road every time for 3minutes when the train comes so you have to wait to go to city or when you come back. Planes are flying over and the street is uneven so lot of noise from car tires. In other words the most most place I have stayed at. Earplugs are a must and they were provided.

First impressions were spoiled in process of check-in. From the beginning staff talked to me rudely and in the end tried to deceive when I asked how to get to the airport. Actually I had google maps and dealt with it on my own, but when you're asking for help or advice you're expecting to get a hint not an offer for 50 zlt. By the way, if you have enough time you can easily get to the bus stop and by there a ticket to the airport for 7 zlt. I'm traveling a lot, but it's a first time when I decided to leave not a good comment.

Villa location is comfortable (800 m from the bus stop), rooms are clean and looks like on the photos.

too loud, too hot, no aircon just electric fan, people leaving their rooms kept waking us up, every sound coming from inside and outside, keys jiggling, suitcases moving, opened the window but planes flying and all noises from outsided made it uncomfortable to settle. good value for 30£ a night though didn't expect more

very convinient location, 10min from the airport, fresh towels and toiletries provided. Value for money!
