I have booked into a lot of apartments and hotels for the first time I was treated badly and I so regret booking this apartment.I booked this apartment for 1 night as I was going to arrive at Warsaw Airport in the afternoon but ny partner could only pick me up in the middle of the night....I just needed a place to refresh,relax while I wait for my partner.Before I booked I read check in times in this apartment which is 14.00 of which they state hustle free check in but it's actually a hustle to check in to this apartment.They sent me a message earlier asking what time I will check I told them 3pm they didn't send check in instructions instead they said I should call when m at the apartment then they will give me access on how to check in.I arrived at the apartment at 18.00 I called only to be told I must wait for 30 minutes someone is coming with agreement I need to sign before checking the apartment and they need my ID to confirm if my name corresponds that m the one who made the booking.I tried to explain that I needed to rest for a couple of hours hence I booked for a night I can't wait outside m tired from a long journey but the man was rude he actually hung up the phone on me.Upon his arrival I was asked to fill in a form where I was asked to put my ID number my confidential information like my street address number and direct apartment of where I live.Only after signing the silly agreement I was sent access code but we were already in apartment the man had opened I didn't understand the point of giving me the access code then because literally m already inside the apartment I don't need the access code anymore.I don't understand why I was treated like a thug just for booking 1 night of which I was gonna stay couple of hours while waiting to be picked up These people are rude not professional at all if you are not a patient if u value professionalism I suggest you don't book accommodation here.

The mattresses in the bedroom are very very soft, so not super comfortable. Even though it says breakfast is offered and the impression is that the restaurant is at least downstairs (it’s clear that it’s not a hotel), but the actual breakfast place is ~300 m away across couple of streets. Breakfast was really nice though.

Location is great. Air conditioning very helpful. Staff was easy to access and communicate. Very thoughtful offer of coffee, tea, water in the apartment.

The apartment seemed untidy, there was dust everywhere, maybe because the windows overlook the road + weak noise insulation.

Apartment location was very good- nearby was shop and different types of restaurants. Apartment was located in the new building. All needed equipments were in the apartment. Convinient parking in the underground parking.

They sent me 2 different apartments to check in, I was overwhelmed by messages, I had to call to clarify. There are amenities shown at the booking that they are offered for free (f.e. squash), but after the reservation, they told me that they are available for long-term staying only (nowhere mentioned). I asked for a wakeup call, and they did not respond at all. The breakfast was far away, outside the residence, you have to walk in the rain or snow! Bad service for the money spent, I deserve better. Only the location is good. There are better options in the area, avoid it!

on booking it said that there would be a sofa bed but there was only a small sofa. So me and my mother had to share a small bed. they did not change towels, which they could have offered since we stayed 4 nights

We got the room earlier clean rooms with tea, coffee and minibar nice area in Warsaw
