A lovely location - right in the heart of the city! The hostel is also tucked away, off of the main street, so it’s nice and quiet. It’s clean, spacious and lockers and towels are available (for a small deposit).

The staff was quite critical. In addition, the access to the hotel is quite complicated, this is the second time. You should put a sign outside the building. That name is the same address as the hotel. And there is a locked gate. and explain that the hotel is located within walking distance around there.

The room is clean. Large and spacious lobby and kitchen.

Sometime the sense key to open the door that didn't work, you have to check it. Coffee machines take money. Water is free.

Staffs speak good English. Toilet is very clean.

It was a bit warm now in may and it would have definitely been helpful if there was air-conditioning. Other than that all good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating as well. Kudos to the staff working there. The facilities were not bad at all and was definitely worth the money. The location was extremely convenient as it is located right in the city centre and very close to the central train station.

The staff was not so welcoming and accepting. Showers was far away from my room.

The location is quite good - close to the train and walking distance to lots of touristic sites. The hostel has a luggage storage room free of charge. The locker inside the room is very spacious.

Sullen receptionists. Lack of conveniently set electrical sockets. Strange iron box under the bed to store things instead of using a cubicle. A bit small room.

The location is great. The place looks clean and well maintained.

While the coordination online was fine, the personnel at the building were not particularly friendly (they weren't "unfriendly" either - but they didn't make me feel welcomed). Also, I have the impression that security can be better.

The location is outstanding, the process of check-in is quite fast, and they provide anything you need for a hostel. I would go back for sure.

There was a creepy male guest who kept using the female toilet. We reported it to the staff several times; the staff claimed to have spoken to the creepy guest, but the creepy guest kept coming to the female toilet. We even tried to talk to that creepy guest once, but he claimed the men's toilet didn't have toilet paper. But come on, he obviously has a mouth and the ability to speak and can ask the staff for toilet paper. He didn't have to wave his private part around at the women's toilet (he peed with an open door and showed his private part). We also noticed that the creepy guest kept coming to the female toilet whenever there was only one female guest in there. Coincidence much?? We are disappointed that, despite reporting this several times to the staff, nothing changed. It doesn't feel safe to have someone with that kind of perverted behaviour. Although the behaviour of other guests is not directly the responsibility of the place, we would of course appreciate that the place/staff could help create a safe environment for everyone.

The room including the bed was good enough. The toilet was quite fresh and clean for a shared one. The facilities were just what we needed. Good location.

The bunk bed with no barriers from outside? No one thought someone may fall down? I saw another person sleeping tied to the bed, so they don't risk falling! There was strong, weird smell all over the building. The staff opened the door because of that (so inside was quite cold, given it was February), but the smell was really strong

Ants are everwhere. Staff somehow allows (or just ignores) the extra people which are brought by by the other guests, one night there were 3 guys sleeping in one bed in the room I was staying at. I actually think I'm done with hostels in Poland :(

The did change the bedsheets for me once i asked. Location is awesome, right in the city centre. Overall clean despite certain things. They give you that kind of sports microfiber towel upon request & deposit.

Staff is not so welcome and accepting, and the washroom needs to be cleaned regularly and stocked up with supplies. People were smoking in the washroom and it was not cleaned.

The lights in the corridor outside the rooms are on (and very bright) all night so that every time someone opens the door the whole room lights up. As you would expect staying in a hostel, you can hear other people all through the night. I used earplugs so it wasn't too bad, but I could still hear people coming & going and talking loudly outside the room. Maybe a better sealed door would help.

We booked at 22.30 after missing our train home and checked in after 23.00 which was very convenient for us. The location is quite good - not too far from Warsaw Central. They have a luggage storage room free of charge. The WiFi is excellent. The beds were comfortable and there was a lamp & socket with each bed. The toilets were fine - I didn't have a chance to use the shower but there were hair dryers in the bathrooms.

Too much people in the room and the windows didn't open. So there is no air in the room and sleeping becomes difficult issue.

Location so central! The price, the stuff and other things were good and enjoyable. Bed sheets clean and nice.

Maybe not enough bathrooms and not flexible reception I kindly asked to be moved to the lower bunk bed it was indeed available while at the reception they told it's not possible
