I really did like this hostel, it is super close to the city center and doors are opened with a chip, which I haven't seen in many places. I just liked the vibe of this hostel personally

The stairs, but I did bring a heavy bag! To be honest I liked it all so I'm finding it hard to find things I don't like and am nit picking. Good crntral location, right near the Palace of science and culture.

Lovely staff, it's such a great idea that you can pay for late checkout.

The staff is rude as everywhere in Polland. I do think is it cultural difference, but sometimes it is too much. Not even a “good morning” or an explanation about the city, the hostel.

This hostel is more geared towards Eastern European backpackers and some of them were very loud and profoundly told me numerous times Americans should be dead Weekend staff only knew Russian & Polish, which meant if I had a problem I'd have to wait until a weekday

The weekday staff knew English which was helpful Throughout the day housekeeping was constantly cleaning the bathrooms & showers Had a locker which can comfortably hold a big backpack Beds are better than average for a hostel

Some hostels offer shower gel but this didn’t. So kindly take it. They sell it at the reception but it’s expensive.

The receptionist. They barely speak English and are very unfriendly. They barely even make eye contact when you are trying to checkin.

Uncomfortable. The biggest minus is absence of towels (pay attention when you plan your stay here). “Tired” and untidy kitchen.

One of the bedside lights was broken, top lights making crispy sounds, but it didn't effect my stay much.

I loved the location and the clean room. Easy to check in and out, helpful ladies and storage options. Kitchen well equipped and easily accessed.

They do not provide towels anymore or storage for travelers other than Backpackers who will return in a week. The shared bathrooms are clean but the showers could use some attention.

Location and Value. It's close to the Central Railway Station and is a short walk to many of the tourist areas.

There's a smell in the room because of mattresses and bed sheets I guess. The room was a little small too. There's no ventilation system built in. So you have to keep the window open and ventilator on most of the time. Bathroom is shared and there's also a damp smell in the bathroom usually. Hair dryers were also not working in the bathroom. All in all it was a good and safe stay.

There were lockers in the room and you're provided with the keys for lockers upon check in. It was located in the centre so many good clubs, bars and old town were walking distance. It's also close to the metro station. The room was clean. If you need anything like an umbrella, slippers, towels and shampoo, you can buy from the reception.

Staff helped us out when we needed it, but they felt a bit cold compared to my experience with previous hostels.

Location was excellent !!! It was right in the center and just a 10 minute walk from Warszawa Centralna station which made it very convenient to get around. Facilities and bedsheets were clean. There is a comfortable common area where you can sit and socialize with other travelers. They had strange cage-like lockers under the bed which you had to slide out of the bed to open which can be a bit loud if you need to get something when everyone is sleeping, but they can store a lot of luggage!

Staff member that received me spoke literally zero english, ridiculous for a hostel. Kitchen system where they prefer you to put things in the dishwasher instead of washing them yourself is inconvenient and wasteful - makes it so that most utensils are unavailable most of the time. Could have free oil for guests to cook. Lounge area and reception is very hot.

Free lockers were great. Comfortable beds and the place is very clean. Good kitchen.

In the first room I was put in, I had a top bunk bed and the rail was broken. Also the drain in the shower was clogged.

The location was very good. Also, I asked to change rooms, which they accepted without charging me.
