Noise insulation poor, could hear every sound from outside, if light sleeper not the best

Only gripe would be slippers. I always travel with my own but surprised they didn't provide them as they do provide robes. Not a major issue but would be a plus if they were available.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Stay are super helpful, friendly, professional and always smiling (especially Daniel at reception). The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Housekeeping are super friendly and polite and do a thorough clean. The hotel is well located and taxis are easily available but you can use the tram and bus which is located right next to the hotel and will get you pretty much anywhere and it's quite a fun experience. If you're into fitness, they have a really nice gym with all the equipment and machine you will need to get a good workout. I highly recommend the running trail which takes you to a beautiful park in Mokotow. Close to shops and some amazing eateries and coffee shops too. No complaints, highly recommend staying here if visiting Warsaw.

Everyhting was just fine! The breakfast is amazing, one of the best (the variety and the option) I have seen staying in the hotels for one night. The location is close to the central railway station. I would stay again definitely!

I have been here several times already and i keep on coming because every time you have everything here : extremely friendly and efficient staff whether it's at reception, cleaning or restaurant / bar, rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds, it's well located but still quiet and very good value for money.

The room was immaculate, and while I initially thought the bed was quite soft, I had the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The receptionist, Burhon, was very charming and friendly. An absolute delight. He was obviously very well trained and is a credit to the hotel. I had a delicious breakfast in the restaurant the next morning. The hotel is across the road from Warszawa Glowna station, so it was perfect for me.

We could hear traffic noise since the hotel is near the main road.

This is a nice place to stay. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and provided a variety of choices.

The only complaint is that the bathroom was slightly worn. For instance, the plug in our bath was not connected and wasn't working well. The room furniture was a bit uncomfortable, particularly the sofa and the arm chair, although the bed was fantastic.

The staff were the highlight for me, they were so friendly during the check-in. It's quite rare to find that in any business, so it was a real pleasure to get top service for once. The staff member ushered me over with a big smile on his face and did the check-in process with enthusiasm. The location was great, being just a 20 to 30-minute walk from the city centre... as a result, it was a little quieter, which was perfect for us with a baby. The room was as described and came well stocked with coffee, tea and other amenities. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The police and ambulance hazards are loudly during the night. I think they might increase the isolation to prevent such noise.

Easy access (1-2 minutes) to buses and trams or Uber. Most tourist places are within 15 - 30 minutes. There are many good bars, lounges, shopping centres, restaurants, etc., within 10-20 minutes.

All OK for its money. Parking procedure is a bit complicated for first time travelers - but as long as through it one time - it's ok
