The WiFi was not good at all. The food and atmosphere in the upper restaurant was a disappointment. It was way too bright light like a dentist office, the piano playlist was bad and boring. And the Menu and food was a catastrophe. It has great potential with the right atmosphere and a completely new menu. The food was boring and had no taste. Most dishes were cold, even the ones with beef and the asparagus main course which should be removed from the menu immediately.

The junior suite was well equipped and very comfortable. The spa area was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was very helpful, friendly and we got an early check in on Sunday. Would definitely recommend it and we will return.

Hotel was certainly one of the more expensive hotels in Warsaw in similar category and for this it missed to deliver any kind of service, sorry I expect more at this price level, rather then 4 star ordinary hotel and service. It looked like it is run by part timers, the staff seemed loss all over the place, especially at breakfast. For the hotel being empty, dirty tables for hours in the breakfast room, items not cleaned and you had to ask for everything.

Great location to explore old part of Warsaw, hotel located in a somewhat historical building with aspiring modern design that was well executed. Breakfast offer on the AlaCarte side was fairly good, good night sleep and bed, besides the pillows. Nice little spa downstairs as a perk.

The décor is not my cup of tea. It's very industrial, "modern", cold. The building is probably the most iconic art-deco building in Poland but the interior does not reflect this style in any form. It's a pity.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant and the breakfast were very nice (the best bread I have eaten in a long time). The spa is very pleasant.

There is a serious issue with noise. You can hear anyone walking with heels in the corridor, next room noises, and noises from the street. There are often protest groups outside the hotel since it's near a political spot. Could use better windows and better noise protection/isolation in the rooms. We stayed there on February so the hotel wasn't full, I assume that in more busy times this could be a serious issue. Also the room was way too dark, little lighting.

The spacious room, amazing breakfast. Nespresso machine in the room, electric kettle and tea upon request. The most spacious shower room I've ever seen. Super clean. Helpful and friendlyl staff. Very good location. Nice spa with a very warm pool at winter. The small details - umbrellas for guests, etc. Highly recommended.

The restaurants are not the best in terms of food. Very strange food and a bit overpriced. The stuff is nice but all people working there are behaving more like robots than humans.

Great design, very clean, amazing indoor pool ans 2 saunas. Very nice interior. Great breakfast - huge variety and good quality of food.

The service of bartenders and at the reception, was at a very low level. At the reception I waited as if I was invisible, even though there were 3 employees and no other customers. The bartenders at the snack bar looked like I was bothering them when I wanted to order something. It's a shame because people are also part of the hotel experience.

A very nicely designed hotel. Elements of the building have been preserved, which beautifully demonstrates the originality of this place. Very good quality of materials used in the rooms and common areas. It's worth being there and learning the history of this place. When you are in Warsaw it is worth visiting this place if you are an architecture lover. Not many hotels allow you to have a drink by the pool and we loved it. ;)

We were not lucky to stay to noisy neighbours, but the hotel staff did their best to resolve the situation and event gave us a bottle of Prosecco as goodwill gift

There was no view as it was an internal facing room; this also meant there was almost no light in the room. The bottled water tasted like mushrooms to me, which was very concerning. Took a very long time to deliver food from reception. Not a fan of this part of Warsaw, there are more beautiful areas to stay.

The room was huge and very comfortable. The design is very chic and stylised; industrial, but comfy. The bed was great. The bathroom had one of the smartest designs Ive seen, with the shower tucked away behind a corner to prevent flooding the floor.

It seems that the room was not properly cleaned before we checked in. We found a sock left near the bed from the last guest. One of the bedside table was missing too. Dusty wall lamp, telephone, and tv remote.

The decor and spa area are nice. Friendly staff.

Did not like the room. View was to nowhere, to the wall. Room was very dark ans not cosy. Could t even to put the make up. Maybe other rooms had better view, but hotel did not look fully booked, do not know why reception picked such a bad romm. We would not come back. Hotel takes deposit of 115 eur, which was refunded folowing day, i was not informed about this during booking!

Liked the location, nice hotels grounds. Did not have breakfast, so can not comment on this.
