It was difficult to find the location of my apartment, because it is different from the street registered on this App. The hairdryer was broken, the room light as well, after I told them this (sms) They ghosted me. The nice bathroom you see in the pictures is the shared one.

The bed was not comfortable whatsoever and the pillows were also bad There was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain The fridge provided in the room did not work The bathroom itself is very small and the bathroom sink is very small It was quite warm in the studio because it is on the top floor The studio is up 4 flights of steep wooden stairs The socket behind the bed is too close to the bed to use properly

The room was pretty dirty, especially the bathroom, the walls are extremely thin and you can hear people leaving and coming in all night.

Redirecting of my adress. Room is dirty, Sheets are dirty and old as a towel too. Fridge is so loud. I can hear neighbors because of the walls. No hot water in my shower it was disappointing. No condition air is bad.

So the bed sheet is dirty full of other people's hair, the toilet seat is broken, there are sweat stains on the bed sheet and on the pillows.

Unpleasant odor, dirty linen, dirty floor, curtain, items, bathroom old, rusty and smelly, night rain came from the ventilation. You can not touch the towel and linen. We sat in jeans and so we woke up. There was no booking, code or anything else though

1- the facility has no elevator and stairs are old and awful so in case of luggage it is pretty hard to get to your room. 2- safety as electrical outlets next to water sinks should be covered according to all safety laws yet they are not so this can cause a fire or worse. 3- cleanliness as sheets did not look the best in terms of that.

Lack of any communication with staff. Room Cleanliness . TV didn't work. The way they explain how to enter the room. Water Boiler in the room in the middle of the kitchen! They did it cheap as possible

So, first, and the worst, this place has a very very bad smell that comes from the bathroom.. Is a old building so I think is because of that. Second, it was not that clean. The shower was disgusting. Other thing was the window, there just little and bright curtains and people in the building in front could look inside, it was uncomfortable, and of course in the morning there's too much light. Super hot without AC. No toilet paper!! And wifi didn't worked too! of course this is a cheap place but personally, even if I'm doing a low cost travel, I would pay a little more to be in a better place...

Most of the stuff wasn’t clean ( bedsheets, shower, mirrors …etc) the sink in the toilet was clogged and the bathroom was a bit smelly. Not answering calls and ignoring texts. Also knocking on the door in the morning in spite of seeing the do not disturb sign

It was raining in the room when outside was raining. There was a horrible bad smell. The sheets were not really clean. When I told at the reception that there was raining in the room they told me that Beyonce was in town and they were busy. P. S. It is in a 5th floor without elevator.

No side windows. Smal triangle room. Bed right next to door and no more space anywhere. No side windows! Only roof windows. Dark room. Very weak heating, almost cold inside. Comletely no hot water. Impossible to take shower. No contact with stuff about this problem.
