The reception is working until 4pm, but it's not a big problem because we got the information on how we can enter the willa/our room.

Willa Bór is in the perfect location, everything is close to it however it's quite location.

The wifi was a bit slow. The pillow was kind of weird but it worked out fine. And that's really it. No other complaints really. It was a great stay overall.

The central location was great - only a 5 minute or less walk from the bus station. The owner/one of the workers was very helpful and got me a taxi to the National park. Breakfast was great!

Everything was OK.

Excellent location simultaneously in the nature and close to the city center. Quiet, beautiful. The breakfast is nicely served, abundant, both with international and excellent local food.The room is large enough, the bathroom is also large and clean. Free parking lot in the yard.

Had to write down the time (given half an hour) when we would go for breakfast and it's a pity that there is only one option for warm food.

The administrator is simply amazing, thanks to her for the wonderful communication! We also liked the location, we found delicious places to eat nearby, near the swimming pool, and we can reach the center in 5-7 minutes through the park. Breakfast - for the choice - I liked that there were many types of cheeses, for children space to play in, the breakfast place itself is very, very nice.

There were no wifi connection in the room, but ir was a strong signal and fast internet connection on the phone.

Superrior place, next to Zakopane aquapark. Deliciuos breakfast, helpfull personnel, clean room. Definately we will come back again.

The bed, it was comfy, and because we are a cuddling couple, we was able to snuggle up, but there is a wooden divider separating the two single mattresses, they put a cushion on top but if leant on it can be felt, I feel the room would benefit from one bed for comfort. There is no complaint here, plenty of room on one mattress for cuddling, we just laid the spare quilt and bed throw over it, so it could not be felt :) Thank you for a lovely stay :) ❤️

The place was very easy to locate, short walk from the centre, kettle/coffee/sugar/tea bags provided, along with takeaway breakfast what we asked for as we leave early, it was clean, shower room lovely, staff friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay:) ❤️👌

Great little place on the edge of town. Peaceful location but close to all amenities. The young lady on reception was an absolute pleasure, very willing to help and always smiling. Breakfast had a great selection of foods. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Can’t fault this lovely place.

Sometimes the bathroom got full of water from the shower.

The rooms were really cozy with cute design and practical furniture. well equipped with fridge, electric kettle, coffee and tee. there were enough plugs for all my devices: phone, smartwatch. The bathroom was clean and big. The best part was however the breakfast: diverse options and everything is delicious. Communication was smooth and reception was always helpful with every question.

Nothing it was fantastic! Could do with a second pillow.

Such a gem! Great location in town, just 10min walk from the main area Krupowki St. Local restaurants and a grocery shop just 5 min walk up street. Room was beautiful and clean including a balcony, kettle, tea, coffee & water. Shower was great, bed very comfortable. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Daria! Buffet breakfast was huge and constantly fully stocked and also friendly staff!
