I was missing another shelf/rack in the bathroom where I could place my toiletries. Also, I could hear some street noise even though the windows were closed so not sure if everything was ok with them? Also, the TV was positioned in such a way that it wasn't possible to watch it from the bed. But these are not major though!

This place is something else. One of the best stays I've ever had. Friendly and helpful staff, amazing interiors, delicious breakfast, huge and comfortable bed, well equipped room, everything was very clean. There was complimentary liquor in the room which was so tasty. Also, you can borrow the vinyls from the reception and play them on a gramophone in your room.Perfect ambience for cosy nights in! The location is great if you want to stay close to Krupówki and hit the trails in the south of Zakopane. The main stations are a bit farther away,around 20-25 min walk but still not too far! I loved this place. I would definitely come back.

The place was super comfy, and the staff were really friendly. I suggest doing reservation of the spa for the evening as you might just luck out and have the whole place to yourself! Location also great. It only took about 15 minutes to walk to both the center and the train station, and there's a bus stop less than 5 minutes away. Easy peasy!

A lovely modern hotel situated about 5 minute walk from the top of the Main Street. You can tell the hotel has been recently renovated with a lot of money spent on high quality materials. Everything still feels new. The breakfast was really good and varied and had real coffee. Fresh coffee is also available for free all day in reception which was a good touch. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone staying in Zakopane.

Excellent property, clean, modern but with traditional architectural touches. The room was lovely, bright, warm, plenty of space, nice little kitchenette, lots of storage and very comfortable bed. Pleasant chap on reception welcomed u and sorted out our room keys and breakfast booking. The underground parking was convenient although fairly snug.

We stayed for 5 days and there was no room service. We weren’t given that option, I believe they could at least give the option to change the towels after like 3 days. Our friend’s room had a towel heater and hours didn’t have it, our towels were never completely dry. There could be more hangers in the toilet too, that would help dry towels.

The location was great, 5 minute walk to the main street Krupowki. Easy access to the street to get a taxi. New furniture, very comfortable bed. The shower was also very good and strong. There was unlimited water and coffee/tea supplies at the hotel which was amazing, made us very happy by the end of each day. Breakfast had simple options, mostly polish typical dishes but they’re delicious and there were always something familiar like scrambled eggs or yogurt to go either way the other stuff. Staff was very polite and treated us very well, good english.

Every part of Villa Mak is beautifully designed and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, while the dry and wet saunas were the perfect way to end a day of skiing. The vila is within a short walking distance from the Krupówki shopping street and less than 5 min away from multiple highly rated restaurants. The ladies from the reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful with our requests. Overall, we had a lovely stay at Willa Mak and we will return for sure!

Hard to find parking if you forgot to make a reservation in time. Public parking cost about 50zl/day.

They had music playing throughout all the building and in the corridors from speakers. We had the loud speaker outside of our room, and it was very disturbing. They were closing the music at 8 or 10 every night.

It is very clean, and the decoration is amazing. Very modern. Comfortable bed, nice view, and perfect location. They had free coffee for everyone in the lobby as well as tea and water. Free access to sauna, as well, which was amazing. The view from the room was spectacular!! You could see the snowy mountains. The room was very warm and cozy, and they had a little welcome drink for us when we entered. Great hospitality and amenities. We will definitely visit again. Perfect Christmas atmosphere.

What can I say the receptionist is one of the sweetest persons I ever met! She really made us feel at home and she helped us all the way! The villa is cosy and very clean! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Willa Mak Residence. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Before our stay, they responded to email inquiries promptly. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the in room amenities. The location is within walking distance to the attractions we wanted to see while in Zakopane. We highly recommend Willa Mak and will definitely return again when visiting Zakopane.
