Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

LithuaniaThe hotel is very cozy and comfortable. it’s located in a very calm part of Poznan. The design inside was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. Definitely a good choice for the value, if you are looking for a calm and comfortable hotel where you can feel like you're at home. plus the room was super quiet, which allowed us to enjoy full rest.

United KingdomI had ordered vegetarian breakfast and got one with meat. Not a problem because I can eat meat. Note that the breakfast was served cold in takeaway boxes.
Spotless and modern room. Highly friendly staff.. Quiet location 5-10min walk to city centre. Highly recommended and would stay there again. Fast WiFi and included breakfast.

I am giving full marks for this hotel because when we arrived we were met by the manager who told us of a problem with the room (so it was not available) but within minutes had sorted us another very good hotel and had come with us in a taxi ( even though it was just a few minutes walk away) to the hotel to set us up and ensure we were looked after. I would like to thank the manager for ensuring that 'what could have been a nightmare' was instead a very possitive outcome.

I could hear everything from the corridor (talks), from the neighbouring room (like taking a shower) and noise from the outside (the cars driving the street next to the hotel). I think that at least the last one could be improved by replacing the existing windows with better ones.
Almost everything! The room was introduced by an extremely helpful and polite gentleman. The room (apartment) was spacious, very clean and pleasant, with living-room, bedroom and kitchen annex. The bathroom was big and working perfectly. The breakfast was abundant and tasty. The location of this accommodation is great, with good connection to the city centre and railway station.

PolandOur room had no fridge. There are no convenient stores nearby in a reasonable walking distance. The hotel itself is located somehow far from the historic part of the city; it is a bit more than one kilometer of walk to Stary Rynek – the central city square. The hotel has no restaurant and no bar. Breakfast is served in the hotel’s pantry form somewhere outside. You need to preorder the breakfast a day before it. The breakfast offer consists of four or five sets of meals, somehow like: American, European, seafood, somewhat else. It is delivered in paper bags before 7:00am in the pantry, each bag has the room number written on it. The food itself is packed in the plastic containers; wood utensils are included. As the additional options in the pantry are available: hot sausages, muesli, yogurts, tea and coffee. Nonetheless, the quality of food in the sets is good and the amount of it is a bit more than sufficient.
The hotel has the huge surrounding area, which is clear, well developed and maintained. There is the big open air parking zone inside. The hotel grounds are guarded. As far as I understand the check-in is possible at any time, all you need is to communicate with the hotel staff regarding your expecting time of arrival. The hotel is easily accessed by the public transport, the bus stops are just in front of the hotel. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are clear as well as the public spaces in it. The corridors and stairs have the automatic lights which is quite handily. The rooms have very big windows with the external jalousies, this is quite convenient during the nighttime. The heating system works well, you will not be frozen in a wintertime. The bathrooms are well equipped, spacious and convenient, all requited stuff is provided.

IrelandThe radiator in the room didn't work which was ok as there was an Air conditioning with a heating system, however it was so noisy that I had to turn it off for the night and the room wasn't heated at all.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was modern. The staff friendly. I was also offered a vegetarian option for breakfast which included a variety of vegetables, paté, tofu and cheese.
