Everything, in a nutshell, from check in to check out (hospitality, stay, comfort, peace, cleanliness etc.). It was my 2nd visit in less than 12 months (previous visit - August 2022). The red wine bottle was a pleasant surprise - something to cherish for long.

Leaving so soon!

The service on arrival was second to none. I loved the reception area, there were beverages available including meringues! The room even though it faced the car park didn't matter as I was only there for one night. The room was adequate for my stay, had a bottle of red wine waiting for me, which I merrily drank whilst working! Breakfast next morning was more than enough, spoiled for choice! The old town is under construction but still very beautiful, a pleasant walk from the hotel. The receptionist was what cut it for me, she printed my tickets for me, booked the taxi to the airport and I needed a hair straightener which I used free of charge. I would definitely recommend this hotel and visit again!

Exceptional customer service. Attention down to the smallest detail. Best hotel experience we've ever had, they left small momentos in the room, the buffet breakfast was like a banquet. The staff are completely focused on their guests, small children were presented with balloons. They have thought of Everything!

The staff here certainly look after you very well. The hotel is in good order and we had a very nice room on floor 5. The restaurant is very good - we ate there several evenings - and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in Poland. Location is also good with easy access if you are driving. You are close to a main tram route so getting around is particularly easy. (Note - if you are over 70 the trams are free, a bonus for us) While you have to pay for parking, there is plenty of space and it is very secure. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Only one tv channel in English, honestly nothing else.

Lovely little hotel not far from the city centre, literally a minute or 2 walk and you’re there. Room was comfortable and clean, plenty of room. Staff were professional and friendly, couldn’t do enough to help and breakfast was delicious.

With this price the breakfast could be included. The room had way too intense smell, i had to leave the window open for a few hours. The hotel took moneh in advance (even though I chose the option to pay in the hotel). Same happend to my brother, who was charged twice the hotel room and had to ask the hotel to solve it (as they didn't realize).

Don't expect spectacular views from your window. Charging extra for a parking, which was empty at the time of our arrival, was not welcome. It should be included, no questions asked.

Very clean hotel with large and spacious beds. Definitely good money to value-for-money ratio. Comfortable beds, vanity kits, enough towels for a family of five, etc.

Lovely, friendly staff, great breakfast, very comfortable beds. We really appreciated the complimentary water and bottle of wine. There is also a very nice Italian restaurant downstairs. The hotel is an easy 15 min walk from the main Poznan railway station.

Some more attention in the room for example cleaning of some pieces ( bed cover, cushions)

The hotel is nicely managed and we were there several times. Now the cleaning has improved. The breakfast and restaurant have a good level.
