Nothing, for what you pay, there isn't much to be upset about.

Really attentive staff, that spoke English and German. The hotel was very clean and the spa facilities were fantastic. The whole family loved using rhe swimming pool and the dining options were excellent. I will definitely look to book here again and will gladly recommend to friends.

The Wellness part doesn't have many option , also no pedicure and manicure. I hade a body peeling, it was okay .

The hotel is right on the lake , in a beautiful countryside. Rooms are spacious, also the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Good heated sauna and indoor pool. The outdoor fitness part was very useful.

But the girls in the restaurant, and especially the one with a tattoo on the neck, was completely rude and without any kind of empathy, service or kindness. No smiles, but only negative vibes were shown. This final aspect is everything......

Great location on the lake. Nice saunas and pool area. The breakfast was really good quality and wide variety. The staff in the restaurant was very polite and swift, good service.

The kindness of the people is not the best, except for the people in the Spa that are great. And the linens and the towels are old and wasted. The rest is awesome.

All the experience was simply great! The facilities are awesome, the spa, the food, ohh my god, everything! They have just little things to improve, but the experience in general is great!

The room was not clean - there was a thick visible dust layer on the stairs, and on the balcony used glasses from the previous guest were not removed; chairs on the balcony, as well as balcony floor, were covered with bird droppings Housekeeping (vacuuming the restaurant) was done during lunchtime.

Excellent breakfast with local specialities. The lunchtime menu is a bit short - too low number of courses and too little international food (pasta, seafood etc.)

the bed in the room was uncomfortable, the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. We asked for a double bed, but we received a 2 single beds on which a special mat was placed joining the beds together, the mat kept sliding down, which made sleeping uncomfortable. No beach towels.

Great place and beautiful hotel for a quiet holiday. the room was clean and tidy. The hotel is right on the lake, beautiful views nice beach and day bar, everything clean and tidy. Good food and breakfast, especially scrambled eggs- thumbs up for the chef. Hotel was very quiet during the day and specially in the night, you can really relax there.

First time I was in the Hotel on 2017. Since then food quality and quality for bufee dinner got much deterioration. Absolutely not worth 80 pln. For this price you get much more in any other hotel. This was big disappointment.

spa was amazing, In sauna should be without swim suit and receptionist should offer sheet. breakfast very good taste and lot of to choose from, room was very clean, only the noise from other rooms was to loud, but that's not your fault.

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

I wasn't 100% happy this time, as I was sharing a room with a female friend and we got a pretty narrow bed, I think like a 140 cm wide only. It would be OK for a married couple, but since we weren't that, it was a bit uncomfortable. My other friends in the same category of room got a much wider variant. I think it was because our room had such a shape that a wider bed might not fit in well, however I also think that it would with a bit of re-shuffling the furniture.

I have been at this place four times I think, and I will return. It's becoming my favorite getaway when I need to switch off and relax. The food in the hotel is to die for and the lake provides great views. The swimming pool and spa zone are small but enough to get some relaxing time, and the spa treatments are extensive, though not cheap. I really like the place, it's in the middle of nowhere but sometimes you need exactly that.

beautiful hotel in a beautiful village, the view of the lake from the balcony was impressive. The advantage of the hotel is also a swimming pool and a really clean room
