Could’ve checked out the spa area, but it was closed due to renovation works.

The location was good. Central enough, yet, without noise or hassle. The bed was comfortable and the room tidy and neat. Heating and everything worked perfectly.

There was still a lot of dust in the atmosphere from the ongoing work in the hotel. Spa currently not open.

Staff were very helpful. We were able to drop luggage off at 9am prior to check in ;as we were in Wroclaw very early. Room was quite spacious and clean. The hotel will be amazing once works fully completed. Location is excellent for exploring old town. Would stay again.

Noisy first half of the night. A bunch of ill street testers ended their efforts in the competition for the loudest car only at 2.30am.

Central location was felpful in many ways but there was a lot of loud music from the street until 4am on both nights so I would probably not stay again.

Our only problem would be that only 1 pillow was provided each, apart from that it was perfect.

The location is just fantastic - steps from Wroclaw Old Town. The room was super clean and had everything one needs. Additionally, I appreciate that the hotel informed about the construction works that were taking place in the adjacent building. What I appreciated was that upon checking in, the reception desk had a summary of their recommended restaurants which were just minutes away from the hotel. I also received a great recommendation for a breakfast place. Thank you! :)

Breakfast was a bit pricy at 70PLN each. There are some lovely eateries for breakfast within a short walk of the hotel, which we prefered. There was some construction work going on in a neighbouring building, but this didn't disturb us too much. It didn't start until after 10am and was finished by 6pm.

Super location. 2 minutes walk from old town square Bedroom was clean and comfortable. teas, coffees and bottled waters were replaced daily.

I was made aware when booking that renovation works were taking place in the adjoining property so this is not a complaint - unfortunately we were given a room on the fifth floor towards the front of building and the noise from the builders during the day was unbearable. We weren’t in the room much during day so not a huge issue for us. My tip would be to request a lower floor in hope of less noise. Also, the air con in our room was so noisy and not effective at all - Wroclaw was so hot when were there - and our window would not tilt open as handle was missing so our room was so stuffy and warm. Asked for assistance from reception but nothing was actioned.

Few minor things, nothing to mention about, since different ppl think differently. Overall, nothing ”negative” to say. Good hotel to stay at

Reception and Breakfast staff very welcoming and good english skills. Breakfast selection was awesome. At least my room location was quiet, don’t know about others. Close to Rynek main square in old town. Would recommend this accomodation to others.

I booked the stay in this hotel mainly for the SPA features and was only notified that it has been under construction for months and will not be available. There was no notice of that on booking and I found it pretty dishonest.

Great breakfast, very nice interior design and the location is super convenient - would highly recommend if you like staying in close proximity to the old town.
