Located on a main street it can be a bit noisy at night. In my room the the control knob on the gas radiator was broken. you could not turn the heating off( it was on frost control or setting 1). The room was always warm. You had to either open the skylight window( the only one in the room) or Turn the cooling system on. It was one of those rooms where it had an angular low ceiling. I kept bumping my head.

It was quite central 15 minute walk from the main train station(and of course the adjoining Galeria Kakowa). Same distance for the Rynik(main market square). The room was on the 4th floor(lift available). Had a kettle with tea & coffee facilities. Massive king size bed and comfortable I enjoyed the buffet style breakfast. It was vegetarian friendly. had a meat selection also. The receptionists can speak English. there was 24 hour reception. Although the hotel is locked at night. you enter either by ringing the bell or by code you are given.

Since the hotel is beside the tram tracks it is a bit nosy but no other complaints.

Spacious rooms and great room cleaning service provided. Walking distance to a lot of things (max 15 minutes I would say to centre of Old Town) and are able to catch transit around and nearby.

There was a lot of noise from traffic outside, very noisy. Trams run quite late. Slight sewerage smell within the room.

Ear plugs were thought about, housekeeping came in during the day to top up tea/coffee and loo roll. Comfy beds. Location short walk to city centre - great restaurants. Breakfast tasty with lots of choice.

The only complaint I could have was that the trams come across the front of the building and seem to start around 6am. If you're at the front with the windows open, it can wake you up.

It was an easy walk down to the Old Town and has a coffee shop right next door, which was great for the mornings. The beds were very comfy and the staff were excellent, really helpful, polite and cheerful. The rooms were all very clean and well equipped, especially for the low price we paid. We didn't use the garden due to the time of year, but two of our group went for breakfast and said it was good, again especially for the little we paid.

I was unable to switch on TV, something was wrong either with TV set or remote control or myself. Nevertheless, I did not mind a lot about watching TV.

Location is very convenient, about 10 minutes walking distance to main railway station and very centre of Krakow. A convenient room with all you need for a short stay.

The sink in the bathroom was surprisingly small, causing water to easily splash out onto the floor, creating a constant wet mess. Additionally, my room was located right next to the elevator, which proved to be a significant disturbance. The noise from the elevator was constant, making it extremely difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Staff and the breakfast room was fine just on a cold day i would like hot food.

Breakfast was not all that for the money when you could walk down the street and get food for half the price. food was ok but no hot food.
