No heating in the 5 days we stayed so towels after a shower didn't dry. It was cold in the room at night. The 'hot water' was just warm [about 40C]. Staff did not turn the heating on when we politely asked them.

Building area close but it's a temporarily disturbance for better good of all.

Place is literally a gate to mountains, everywhere is close( ish :p). Room was spacious and comfortable, living room and toilet as well. Breakfast more generous than expected. Additional to all swimming pool included.

Super small room. No common area to relax in either (after the restaurant closed at 19). Basically the only way to spend the evening is to drive down to town. Location is this hotel's main selling point, so take it or leave it.

The location right at the start of the High Tatras trails network was why we chose this place, and that was perfect! Parking right next to the park entrance (which is otherwise a no-drive-zone) was very helpful. The staff was kind and helpful.

Very good location if you are going to the mountains If you want to be near the town it self of Zacopane its better to have a car its a 40 minute walk each way. But for the mountains Which is what I did it the best getaway spot.

From Kasprowy, you have one good alpnie track, hala Gasiennicowa. It is similar to Stubai, I would rate it red. It is really beautiful, but short. It takes >10 minutes to go up the lift, and 3-4 minutes to go down.

Fantastic location, in Tatra mountains (not in Zakopane city). So you are really in a forest. The hotel isjust in front of the lift to Kasprowy. I could go down directly from Kasprowy and down to the car to leave the ski there.

Location is superb, if you are into hiking. Further from town, but few shops and restaurants around. Next to the Kasprovy Vierch cable car. Very nice surroundings.

The road to the hotel is undergoing construction, which I wasn't informed about. This would normally not have been a problem, since it's only 200m of walking from the bus stop, but I had a pretty heavy case, and carrying it 200m over cobblestone was not fun or easy. I would have liked to know about that.

The personnel was very helpful. I actually had to order some bicycle equipment and they were kind enough to receive it and keep it safe for me before I even came. They also arranged for a takeaway breakfast on days when I had to go into the mountains early!

The room was a bit small.

The staff was very helpful and kind, the hotel parking is very convenient in this location, the free entry to the aqua park (50 pln each) is a big bonus. If you want to hike in the area - its a great option! All in all, we really liked the place and felt we are in good hands.
