We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandRestaurant seems a bit overpriced, although the quality of food is great.
Amazing location, stunning sauna, cosy rooms, great food. Literally every experience I had at this hotel was amazing. It's a boutique hotel with relaxed atmosphere and sense of privacy. The staff also stands out and present sincere care and devotion to guests.

Czech RepublicThe only very little down point was the sink in the bathroom. It was sooo tiny and tbe system to save water might be ecological but it’s annoying to even wash hands as it stops after three seconds.
Amazing hotel in a beautiful location. The room was big and the breakfast amazing! Will go back when in Zywiec again :)

United KingdomNot a fault of the hotel in any way. Limited local restaurants, several of which were closed, I assume because of lower than normal trade (COVID related). Would have liked to see a wider and more varied evening meal menu in the Hotel.
Beautifully appointed Hotel with quality decor and great spa facilities. In rural location, where I had a woodland outlook from bedroom window. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Cannot wait to return.

PolandBesides the 10% 4 km uphill on the bike which I actually sadistically enjoyed, the AC unit would groan after 30 minutes of use. I should have informed the staff. There wasn't a bottle opener, but that was good because it saved me a minibar fee and encouraged a 2 km roundtrip walk to the local store.
I rarely recommend a place with five stars, but I can this mountain top spa without hesitation. Firstly, I received a big discount via booking.com. Granted, I had to climb a mountain to get here... The restaurant is EXCELLENT. Great, friendly service and even better food. Ok, I had a hilly 120 km day and was a bit hungry, but still... better yet, the Prosecco and dessert was gratis, and they even poured a free beer. The dinner was exceptional and really fairly priced. The staff even opened up the smorgasbord breakfast buffet early for my dawn start. Oh, and I could park my bike inside. Happy guy!

I can only recommend this hotel in this location to everyone. The SPA area is clean and the towels are replenished quickly. The massages are very good and the price is totally ok.

United KingdomFirst of all thank you to all the staff, from housekeeping, reception, restaurant, spa and everyone else I’ve not mentioned. everyone is polite, knowledgeable in their field and professional and willing to help at the same time. this really goes a long way with me. on top of it hotel is immaculate and facilities are great, location is perfect. I could go on and on about pros. found no cons. we have had lovely family stay. thank you to to everyone and hopefully see you again soon.
