Pillows were firm but the staff changed them for us as soon as we asked.

Room on first floor was comfortable but on the small side and darkish, no natural light but that was clearly stated in the hotel information. Next time I would love to book one of the rooms on the second floor with the trade off being the staircases to get there.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was quite delicious. Rooftop and jacuzzi nice bonus in the middle of Old San Juan. Room was surprisingly quiet for being located next to the street. It was nice to be able to leave our luggage since we weren't leaving OSJ until late afternoon. Definitely a place we would book again.

Lovely, small hotel in an excellent location. Comfortable beds, rooms are small, but we expected that. Big bathrooms, loved the jacuzzi, and the breakfasts were delicious! Very warm and gracious hosts. We loved it.

loved the room but would have preferred a room that did not back up to the entrance. We did hear the noise from quests entering and leaving the hotel.

Great location in Old San Juan. Easy Walk to everything in Old San Juan. The customer service was exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The hotel was beautiful restored including original historic features and very clean, with great security to keep us safe. The breakfast options were very good, and the coffee was some of the best I have had. It was a Puerto Rican coffee much like we enjoyed throughout the island during our stay. The staff takes pride in the hotel, their customer service and Puerto Rico. We loved Puerto Rico and all of the people we encountered. Such a beautiful place.

This location was incredible. Served cold bottle water in the room fridge and incredibly spacious. Roof top Jacuzzi had the best view of the fort at night. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious.

The normal rooms do not have windows that open to the exterior of the building. Although this helps to make the rooms very quiet, there is no natural circulation of air. Air conditioning is standard though. If you hand wash some underwear and socks or get wet on one of our tours, your items will take several days to dry. We would have appreciated a little more water pressure in the showers. We realize that this is done on purpose to save water, but just a little bit more pressure would be highly appreciated.

Excellent location. A la carte breakfast included. Rooftop terrace and jacuzzi add to the top amenities of this boutique hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. Rooms and beds are comfy.

The family staff running the Inn made our stay extra special. The location to walk about Old San Juan was perfect. Roof deck is awesome. Breakfast great.

Tucked away in Viejo San Juan, this place is an absolute gem! If you're into the charm of historical architecture mixed with cozy, stylish comforts, this boutique hotel will have your heart. The house where the hotel operates was renovated following the guidelines of the Institute of Culture of Puerto Rico. But even more beautiful than the place itself, was the warm-hearted family who runs it. Location is excellent to stroll in and explore Old San Juan but also at a few minutes car ride from modern restaurants, beaches and other attractions. Very clean, quiet to sleep, great breakfast options.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Perfect location, clean and comfortable room, and amazing breakfast. The jacuzzi on top terrace is just wonderful. And requiring card key to enter the hotel made us feel super safe. What truly sets the 352 Guest House apart, however, is the warm and welcoming staff. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable, providing valuable local tips and recommendations.
