Hotel was close to everything including restaurants, beach and night life. Staff was helpful with recommendations for daily activities. Hotel pool was perfect and never crowded. Gym was clean. Drinks and food at the hotel restaurant was on point.

I reserved a king room but upon check in I was told the king rooms were overbooked and I would be placed in a double Queen room however I wasn’t told that it was a hearing accessible room. Given the room we were placed in, we didn’t have seating accommodation, which was a major drawback for us. This was not mentioned to us either when the option was presented. We were very disappointed to be placed in a room without a sofa, especially since a lot of our time was spent in the room given the purpose of our trip.

Unfortunately our room was right next to the elevator shaft, so it was quite noisy, and the noise would happen anytime someone used it, which was disruptive to my sleep. Reception was also very slow. I spent 20+ minutes waiting in line at reception multiple times even for simple things. That seemed to be a frustration for multiple guests.

Nice location right along the main street of a really great area. Walkable to the beach, some nice restaurants, and drug stores. Loved having a balcony to sit on and take in the air. The piña coladas at the upstairs bar were top notch. The breakfast in the morning was really good, especially the fresh juices.

Not much excitement. Stayed on the 8th floor . The sound of Chairs scrapping the floor or being dragged around could be heard every morning at 6 am. Could also hear elevator throughout the night

This was our second trip to this hotel. First trip room was better and the view. We had to exchange rooms this last trip because TV did not work. We had a king bed and got 2 queen beds.

I didn’t like that we got a handicapped (did not request) room with a seat inside the bathtub that looked a little stained at the bottom. 45 charge was only for food So for us it was not a good value because we were out enjoying the sights and our breakfast was already included with the hotel price.

The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable.

The main restaurant was closed and the rooftop bar was out of empanadas every day.

The air conditioning was extremely loud it sounded like a plane taking off when it started in my room. I didn’t ask to be switched because I hate moving to another room but I should have. It didn’t let me sleep soundly.

Booking users need to know the hotel charges a mandatory $45/night "Destination" fee that becomes a credit on your bill. You can use that $45 at the hotel for food, drinks, etc. every day or lose it. DO NOT book a room that includes breakfast! Use that $45 for breakfast or drinks. We booked a room with breakfast--BIG mistake. Because we arrived late the day of check in--after 7--we could not use that night's $45. The hotel manager refused to take that off that first of our three nights stay. Booking needs to include this information about this $45 fee in the hotel's profile. Also, housekeeping was a disaster. Our second morning, we tipped the housekeeper as we left the hotel around 9:45. When we returned after 3, our room was still not serviced. I am a multi-decade loyal Marriott customer. We would not recommend this property.

Pool deck a little smaller than we thought but ok as it wasn’t busy!

It was a good location for outside of Downtown! Took 1.5 hours to walk though so you need a car! They give you money each day towards food so that was good!
