Cleanliness. Lack of turn down service from housekeeping. Not supplying towels and wash cloths. Staff was seldomly at the desk. No bar service at the beach from hotel.

Location was perfect. Private beach access. Could leave luggage with hotel if checking out and have a later flight.

The room and bathroom were very small and compact. For the room it was a minor inconvenience, but the bathroom was bad. The sink was too small and all components were packed into a very small space.

Staff was friendly, helpful, very clean even with the renovations. I noted that they changed the floor mat in the elevator for the different times of the day. Property right on the beach. Free coffee was very good.

There is no parking provided for guests.For the amount charged the rooms are a little small and outdated,needed renovation.No safe in the room.

No signal on TV and the elevator was not working. We stayed on a 4th floor and I have knee problems. Was hard to go up and down stairs.

No problem with the variety of guests and their orientation. but couldn't appreciate the evening hotel sponsored Transvetite show, it's offensive to some,not appropriate for children and they could have done better choosing. neutral form of guest entertainment .

Hotel rooms very small especially bathroom with no counter space and terrible water pressure. Set up was a bit awkward with no hanging access with the exception of the closet. Construction noise an issue, with limited amenities with the exception of the bar/restaurant. The restaurant was okay…bit overpriced…would have appreciated a better morning/coffee amenities option for in room (coffee maker, vending machine).

Location was great due to it being beach front; front desk, bartenders and cleaning crew were very nice.

Lady receptionist cold and unwelcoming. Bedroom windows didn't open to the sea. Bathroom tiny and showers cold evening and next morning. .We had to shower in another room's dirty bathroom as no maintenence guy to resolve it.

I had a beach view and disliked how the windows were permanently shut. I would have loved to hear the wave sound at night but couldn’t even get fresh air because it was permanently shut.

Our bathroom was rather odd (see photo). There was a kind of scary step up through a narrow door. I had some difficulty getting up and into, and then back down and out of the bathroom, but I'm a larger person; probably for most people it isn't an issue. If you are bigger you might want to ask for a room that doesn't have that "feature."

The location is terrific, a smaller hotel right on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful despite it being a kind of crazy time (New Years). In general the room was excellent with a great view. We ate a couple times at the restaurant and the was well prepared and delicious. See photo of views.

Rooms are super tiny, I was there Four nights and we didn’t have hot water in the shower. Comes in waves of 10 to 15 seconds and cold water comes for more time . Lighting also bad.

The room was really small. It was damp and smelled of humidity. You could hear people coming and going, talking and such.

The beach was beautiful and the restaurant was nice. They have high quality toilet paper, hair dryer, AC, iron, TV and internet. The bed was comfy.
