Breakfast was not satisfying at all, very misleading if I can say. I didn’t like how small the bathroom was and the room gets super cold with little to no blankets and covers even when you ask for more they’re so thin they don’t satisfy you at all. Staff barely speaks English not good for non bilingual people. Location is close to high way you heart traffic all night. But they say you get what you pay for!

I loved the pool it was big and nice and private there was a balcony it’s close to the airport, close to most tourist attractions.

It’s a little tired looking, although very clean. There is a dip in the pavement at the parking area that scraped the bottom of our car. There was a lot of road noise at night.

To park in the hotel, they sidewalk is too high to park, I was rather to leave the car on the side of the street. Carpet in room dirty, title will be better. Titles in bathroom floor brokens. Room needs more appealing to customers. No pictures or decoration. Curtain hard to cover the window. I think the property need some cosmetic remodeling in the room.

The locks on the doors didn't feel very secure, very noisy from the main road and surrounding area. But not enough to put you off staying

It was close to the airport. The rooms and communal areas were very clean. It is a basic hotel but for the price you can't really go wrong. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms clean, breakfast simple but included in the price, there's even a pool I would recommend if you need a nights stop over or if you just want a base to explore.

I like that it was really close to everything downtown , cruise port , old San Juan and the bars and restaurants across the bridge walk is 24/7 the beach near .

The location also is an issue because it’s too close to the highway and the loud sound of the cars at night was unbearable. Also, the room I was staying had no electric outlets inside the bathroom, that made it difficult to connect my shaver and trimmer.

The location is close to everything (restaurants, beach and entertainment,) and the friendliness and attention of the staff was remarkable!

Traffic is loud. Our TV volume was not adjustable. Close to beach in theory but you need to use a sky walk to cross over busy streets then walk to it - not visible from hotel.

We had a parking spot directly in front of our room. Accommodated our pet easily

The rooms were small no windows but the door had vents and a simple lock.. Felt like I was outside, tropical.. I’m from NY so it’s different here to me
