The pool is small and there were no stocked mini bars. The service in the grill bar wasn’t great.

It was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I had a really good sleep

You couldn’t turn the room temp below 69* and it seemed like it would change on its own to be warmer than that during the night. There was a leak in a pipe in our bathroom so when you were using the toilet, the ceiling would drip on you. very small pool

The restaurant downstairs should have open earlier and closed later. Opening at 12pm to 10pm closed, doesn't seem suitable especially in that location.

Rooms could have been a little quieter/soundproofed.

Good central location, nice pool area, parking was pretty convenient, free bottled water.

I enjoyed my stay they staff were all amazing.

The property was at a perfect location. The room is beautiful (not impressed with the bathroom shower structure) its beautiful but a shower door will be nice. The hotel is clean the amenities are nice. A lot of restaurants near by. The beach is walking distance. A great location.

The pool and the location. The pool was small and the location was not very resort(ful). Also, though not too far from Old San Juan, it was a distance and didn’t seem to have much night life.

I liked the jacuzzi best.

great location, right in the middle of everything, stores, restaurants and beach. surprisedly quiet Rona giving the location. really nice and helpful staff. person at desk 24/7 clean and nice!

Noisy hallway while sleeping it seems as though there is no sound proof walls and I could hear people talking very loud.

Oceanview room with a small but nice balcony. Staff was helpful and house keeping was excellent.

I didn’t like that the pool shower was broken. What made it worse is that staff told us we could use the pool and shower after checkout while waiting for our flight. After using the pool we discovered the shower was not working.

I liked that the hotel was clean and that the beds were comfortable. I also liked that the hotel staff was responsive to any issues. For instance, when no shampoo was left in the bathroom, the shampoo was sent to the room immediately.

Housekeeping wasn't up to par. Didn't clean our room one time even though we told the front desk and we heard her call to tell them. Also for some strange reasons when they did they always forget to replace our wash cloths and floor mat towels.They only left towels. We went through this for the four day's we were there.

Front desk staff was exceptional and prime location. Not far from Old San juan, la Placita an other locations. Beach one block away. Walgreen and CVS right across the street and all restaurants and shops around the block from the hotel. Two casino's in either direction 3 blocks from hotel.

Pool was small. Charge for Resort fee this was not a Resort.

I wish the shower at the pool had been working so that we could have minimized tracking sand into pool and/or back to room. The lock on the Ladies room out by the pool was wonky and once I got it to lock, I had issues getting it unlocked and thought I might need to phone for help, but I finally got out.

Location was great, breakfast was okay, room ended up having a full ocean view, which was spectacular, loved proximity of Walgreens and CVS, easy to walk or Uber everywhere. Good beach access. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was very responsive when we needed them.

The hotel has 2 towers but only one tower has an ice machine, was very inconvenient! Pool never had clean towels. After long flight we were starving and had our first meal, lunch, at hotel restaurant, it was over priced and very bland! Thankfully, many restaurants/cafés nearby. The 2 elevators were a little sketchy and during day 2 specific house keepers would ride it up and down for several minutes without getting off, having conversations to the irritation and inconvenience to guest; this happened often.

It was a block away from beach and had a Walgreens and CVS right across the street. The pool and hot tubs were well maintained. Our room was very clean, the shower had great water pressure, bed was comfortable.

Towel shortage. Parking is expensive for a room with so many service fees and isn't cheap per night. paid over $400 for each night. there are 2 building one is newer than the other, I earned that last year and prices were cheaper last year.

I love the hot tub, great size heat and access. the Step out balcony is enough to see it all beach view. city life. I stayed in newer building.
