I thought I reserved an ocean view but that’s not what I got

The staff was awesome!!! I thought I left my watch and bracelet so I called back to the hotel. Frances was awesome she went to the room and looked for me and assured me that management would reach out to me first thing the next morning and they did(did get manager name but she was awesome) Blessings was that my sister had grab them off the table for me so I let the manager know that when she called !!

My room wasn't all the way clean there qas a pile of hair in the corner of the bathroom floor. and random hair on floor throughout the room. Hoping it was an isolated event. The pool and jacuzzi are nice. and there are two restaurants at the base of the hotel. and Starbucks, and expanded CVS and Walgreens adjacent to the hotel.

Nice facility overall and great location.

I have stayed in motels and hospitals that had nicer rooms. There was absolutely no decor and besides a large lamp for lighting a small plastic lamp on a desk. I was only staying one night as i was passing through but i wouldn’t stay there as a vacation spot, specially not for the price. Perhaps if it was half the cost it would have been ok, but after including the parking it was about $530 which was way too much for what it was.

The beds were were ok and room was clean. The location was good.

The shower was missing a sliding door. The construction going on at the hotel was loud and distracting. The elevator was broken for two days. There were no ice machines available in our building. Ice was only available in the other high rise building. There was limited sunlight in the pool area.

I liked the location and the room accommodations. The staff was friendly and capable too. The breakfast was satisfactory. The beach club was accommodating. Great view and I liked the open air balcony.

It was a little pricey for a 1 night stay but given all they offered I think it was probably worth it.

The hotel is in a great location, just a block away from the beach. A lot of restaurants are nearby and two 24 hour pharmacy/convenience stores. The room was very spacious and nicely furnished everything was really clean. All the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast should consist of fresh stuff and fruits as well. There is no tomato, no cucumber, basically nothing fresh. I think that's why there are so few people having the breakfast. The variety of food could be larger. 12th floor rooms do not have windows that you can open. Otherwise nice place to stay, good vibes. Pools are open all the time – bravo! Stuff is nice as well.

The hotels location was perfect! It is conveniently located right next to a Walgreens, CVS, Starbucks and several restaurants. We enjoyed a few meals at Julian's and the Asian restaurant across the street. The drinks and food at restaurant at the hotel was pretty tasty as well. There are plenty of place to grab souvenirs down the block. The beach is across the street about a 2 minute walk. The staff were quick to meet any requests we had and were very friendly. They even made sure we had a ride back to the airport. I enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi and hanging out in the covered areas by the pool. My only complaint is that the water in the shower was very hot , which was odd considering the faucet water super hot. I would definitely stay here again and I've already recommended it to a few friends.
