while it was clean it looked nothing like the pictures! it’s an older hotel which was not the problem. The problem was like the owners are not even trying to keep it nice. the first room the front desk clerk gave up wasn’t clean or made up and it only had one bed. I reserved a room with two queens since it was my husband and I our daughter and our grandson. I had to go back To the desk and let her know, she gave us another which was supposed to be again two queens, the room we ended up in had two double bed not queens. the room itself was clean but had no bed skirts so the old metallic frames that didn’t quite fit the beds were exposed, again nothing like the pictures. There were only two towels in the room and the phone didn’t work to call the desk so back downstairs I went to get towels, there were also no hand towels or washcloths. The girl at the desk said to go to the laundry and get some, not that someone would bring them. I found a very nice house keeper who helped me get some towels. The front deck girl was super friendly but seems a little lost on what to do. The beds we’re comfortable and the linens were clean. The bathroom light switch was outside the bathroom on the wall with the tv in the middle of the room, across from the bathroom not really a problem but not convenient. The bathroom window was open with no screen and no airflow from the ac. The shower was very small but had great water pressure. Again the bathroom was very clean but could use an update. There was a table between the beds with a lamp that wasn’t plugged in and the only plugs were behind the beds and under a table. The wall lamps were almost to the ceiling and the switch for them was in the same spot as the bathroom light. The room had a mini fridge that work but no microwave or coffee pot. we didn’t eat at he restaurant or use the pool. the pool area look nice. The elevator is a definite tripping hazard as it stops about 3 inches lower than the floor landing.

not all rooms have been remodeled so every time i get a different experience. The tv remote was not working and i heard at least 3 other guest complain about the tv remote.

Loud, rundown facilities and elevator, TV didn't work, and when we came back to our room after a long day, we were greeted by a swarm of small cockroaches in the bathroom. We left the next morning and only stayed one night out of three and rebooked at different hotels.

Location was convenient to the airport and the beach, and the downstairs restaurant was nice.

Decent price compare to most hotels in San Juan…Old looking room, outdated definitely not a clean look! not bad if you just need to spent one night. The airport is just 5mins away, which is great and not so good if you like to get some rest!

No upkeep whatsoever. Celings, tiles, fixtures, furniture, were all outdated and chipped, moldy, dirty. Paid for room with amenities (i.e. frdge, microwave, etc) and didnt receive. Reserved a King size room and got a room with full bed. Will NOT be coming back.
