One issue: The bedroom doors slam shut, and can be heard from inside our room. Recommend placing silencers on the doors for a more peaceful stay.

The doors are very thin, you can hear absolutely everything in the halls and are awake as soon as someone even whispers in the hall or walks by.

Rooms are super comfortable, the night staff was so helpful, location was great, pool was nice.

Little or no hot water. TV didn’t work even after I asked them to fix it. The place is very rundown. Changed rooms 3 times. The second room was so tiny like a box. The first receptionist was terrible. She didn’t even know the wifi password! It’s very expensive for the standard you get.

We checked in very late (around 11:30 pm, I called and they said that that was no problem), and the man working the front (Sam) did not acknowledge us as we stood in the tiny lobby, he eventually told us to wait while he finished an email. We had obviously been traveling all day, were tired, and wanting to get to our room, and we were never welcomed, and basically ignored. He was so non responsive it seemed as if he would rather we sleep on the front porch than come in and bother him.

The day staff was helpful, they offered toast, fruit, and coffee each morning. It was easy to walk to some good restaurants. The plants and local art on the walls were absolutely beautiful!

The check in process was slow. We waited for 45 min. The room temp was either too cold or too hot. Only a sheet on the bed and no blanket. We were right off the lobby so it was very loud.

The location was great. The little courtyard was nice to sit outside.

Our room door looked like it had been damaged or broken into before. We weren’t certain how safe we were. It was advertised as a Superior room but there were no glasses for drinking- we had to purchase plastic cups at the local CVS, as well as water to drink. No coffee maker or cups in the room. We didn’t use the pool because it didn’t look like it and some of the outdoor spaces were maintained well.

Location was good and easy to find. We were allowed luggage storage until our next accommodation opened up. The staff were friendly.

This hotel is a fire hazard. Occupants must be aware that the door lock app was not a good idea because I was unable to get out. I had to climb out the window. If there were a fire one can get traped because the door was stuck and the app to get out the door from the inside is an awful idea because if you can’t find your phone in an emergency then what is one to door. You are trapped inside your room!!

The room was small, bed uncomfortable, there was no hot water in the shower, the AC was blowing directly on the bed and there weren’t enough towels in the room. But the location was amazing and the staff were extremely nice and tried to do whatever they could to help.

The location was terrific- close to the beach and restaurant and a short drive to Old San Juan.

It’s on a main road so there was quite a bit of traffic which made it noisy. My room was in the front where there was also construction going on next door (no fault of the hotel); but awoke for the 3 day stay to drilling, banging and yelling of construction workers. It’s an older building and it shows it age: Old windows with poor insulation (noise), chipped paint in many areas, visible poor Sheetrock work, patch work in the bathroom from a previous leak from the ceiling which is leading to mildew/mold. Heard a lot of noise in the hallway from the staff and other guests in the morning and slamming of the doors( including mine when I left the room). They don’t seem to believe in the use of wash cloths-had to request them. Only received them one night out of the 3.

-The hotel didn't honor our reservation but charged me. They claimed "Booking.com" was the one that cancelled it. Booking says that the reservation was confirmed and that the hotel charged it already and they cannot do anything to refund me. Today (11/29) I called the hotel and they claim I never showed up, and now need to review security camera footage to prove I was there... one cannot make this up. Now I'll need to wait for who knows how long to get a reply, and probably never sort this out. -The front desk clerk (I think his name was Julian) had the least helpful attitude. As a Puerto Rican I know that we can have low tolerance at times, but he works in hospitality: you represent the Island to our tourists, learn to deal with it or get another job. As a positive note: he was kind enough to allow me and my partner to go up and at least take a shower, even though we decided to leave.

we got bed bugs from our stay and did not get compensated nor did we get a reply from management after a call and email. On top of that, they charged us an additional $70 fee for basic room cleaning services that hotels would normally do for free.. it’s basic room keeping. no microwave or any type of drinking/eating utensils or equipment in room.

i liked the location but that was pretty much it. amenities were very basic, pool is tiny and rooftop terrace has minimal maintenance.

Was moved to a different hotel due to over booking. Other hotel had no electricity upon arrival and was not given a eta of power coning back on. After traveling all day we had no way to recharge. Had to book another hotel and wasnt allowed to talk to management about refund.

They list that they have a hot tub they do not. The room had stains on the walls, the air conditioner cover fell off crashing to the floor in the middle of the night. The room was clammy. The television is the size of a computer monitor with no channels. Just not a good stay at all. I don't leave bad reviews but when people vacation they deserve to know the truth. I should have just booked my one night at a chain hotel until I was able to check into my hotel for the duration of my stay. Moreover bookings.com customer service was not helpful at all.

The hotel was amazing I’ll surely be back my daughter and I enjoyed our stay our room was quiet and large just amazing 😻 the area was safe and we walked around day and night so traveling with a 7 yr I felt great in this area so close to many wonderful restaurants you must try the oyster shack we loved it not only was the staff amazing and assist in every way even kept my luggage upon check out as to go on a tour and due to my child hurting herself and we were in ICU for 5 hrs the hotel kept my luggage all was good and I was able to obtain our belongings and move to our Nxt hotel I must say this will be my go to hotel at this point the WiFi worked great as I worked from my room with no issues it was quiet and clean and yes they do clean daily so again thank you coral princess we loved our stay and the hotel staff oh and the beach is 900 feet walk yahhhh this hotel is AMAZING 😻 LOVE THEM
