reception staff needs to be friendlier anywhere you go to spend $500 a night you at least get a hello. they rude talking amongst them while we waited to check in at the front desk, did not even acknowledge we were there.

the staff at the restaurant was rude, to be such a high end hotel the cocktails and drinks should be served in glassware not plastic, very low class, the food was of a very low quality, this is a very expensive hotel one expect the quality of the services to be better.

very close to the airport which is a pro and a con. our room had two doors to the balcony probably to keep the sound out, the airplanes taking off and landing you could hear but it didn’t bother us too much

Our room smelled so much of mold. I could never open the door to go out to the balcony, it was very rusty. The sheets we’re stained and looked yellow and old The breakfast good, but was very cold and the pancakes looked like stone.

The resort is very nice. The staff very friendly. The lobby clean and beautiful Our room very spacious, the view amazing Location perfect only 4 minutes from the airport.

The extra tax and room fees was EXTREMELY overpriced. we did not have our room cleaned the first night. we did not get towels or water when the front desk said they’d have housekeeping bring it up. We could not get guest services on the phone at all-we tried calling 3/4 days we were there at different times.

Location. It is close to the airport and within easy walking distance to other restaurants. The beach is right behind the hotel, we enjoy the pools and the amenities.

The bar closes early but you can only order drinks if you’re gambling. Some people don’t gamble like myself. Why should we not be able to drink at the bar but they can drink if they’re gambling?

The location is amazing and being on the water is priceless.

The location was right next to the airport. There were tons of kids and we we on our honeymoon and the pool really wasn't that big and it was always packed.

The resort was nice and the restaurateur issue was lovely. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The balcony with the table was a huge plus. Our rooms were comfortable and they had room service.

every restaurant/café at the hotel and the service was amazing but in that restaurant that strictly for the breakfast hour I found the staff to be incredibly rude from the person that greets you to your waitress. The food was not very good and when you expressed that to them they basically told you it is what it is. The waitresses seemed very bothered when you asked for anything and then only brought you half what you wanted! The pool although I love the size and look it was always very dirty.

I loved the beautiful views from my balcony, I loved eating dinner out by the ocean. I loved how helpful your front desk people are. I love that you had a A lot of chairs for the pool area and the pool was in the nice size! I like that you had different options as far as food within the hotel.

the pool need a upgrade. Resturant’s could be more organized. I was passed by several times by a waitress before I was served. Then by the time she came to service our table she was not very nice. ( she seam to be working too many tables).
