NO hot water and no water pressure. Spent over $200 for a night and couldn't have a nice shower after a full day at the beach. Useless instructions on the wall, so I had to shower with cold water and go to bed with salty hair. The office was closed, and they don't pick up the phone. Finally replied to my text an hour later asking for the room number and never replied back not even for an apology. HORRIBLE NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Way overpriced for what it was. There was also rust where the towels were placed, an unstable cheap plastic shower caddy for the toiletries and nowhere to hold the hanging shower hose. My husband had to "fix" the toilet because it wouldn't flush... and the sink was clogged. Horrible bathroom= horrible place.

There were lockers for us to store our things until check in which was great. Easy check in.

Beds where not as comfortable as I expected, too hard. And the dock should be finished so that boats can get there. We had to use the public one. Which it was fine. But el navegante one is very pretty. Should be able to use it.

Loved the size of rooms and location. Check in process was very easy. Very clean!

Shower was impossible to regulate. Either scalding or ice cold. Needs new device. Wasted so much water trying to get a functional temperature. Small fridge had so much ice build up the freezer part was useless. We had a triple. There needs to be some shelving for belongings. We had our stuff all on the floor. Bed was very firm, pillows could use an upgrade. I think this place is more use to short term stays. We stayed 5 nights.

Great location in town. Even though connected to a bar/restaurant it was not overly noisy. Has parking.

We paid more for a waterfront view and balcony, problem with that is those rooms are right above the restaurant. So you have the noise of the outdoor dining and drinking until the last guests leave.

The restaurant is the only saving grace for this hotel. Staff and food are excellent!

you won’t be able to sit on the balcony

we had a balcony but without chairs, it was strange. but in total I think that it’s a really cool place - you will have all you need, 5 minutes from peer, you can leave your bags in locker. and of course - amazing restaurant on first floor.

We really loved everything about this place definitely worth the stay. Great location near the ferry ⛴️ Port and Ocean view as well. The clean smell and sensation of the room was my favorite of all everything is a plus. Very easy to check in and out and very thoughtful about the lookers they let you use before and after your stay. The restaurant have the best food and service we have had in a long time. We are very happy to choose El navegante and we highly recommend. We are already thinking about our next stay now for a longer time. Thanks everyone.

You can go to the toilet if you know the code, but they didn't tell us the code. In the evening, all restaurants are busy and close early and we were not informed that it is better to book restaurants in advance. There was not any hangers or drying rack for beach towels in the room. There were no beach towels either.

No water available in the rooms or even plastic cups to drink from the sinks. LEDs on A/C unit very bright, shower dispensers not labeled, tv channel availability very limited (no news outlets) , impersonal experience despite the relatively high cost.
