Easy walk to the ferry, and to several restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable. There was a compressor (?) outside our window that was quite loud, but it did not run overnight, and we were not in the room much during the day.

Our room, and the location of the hotel was great. It’s nice to have a restaurant downstairs to grab a drink or a bite to eat. The staff at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The food was average, but the view of the Bay was great.

They provide only one physical key, which is used on both sides of the door, so the door cannot be unlocked from the inside.

Clean. Great location on the town, walking distance to the port, bars, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Also, it's right by the water, so you have a nice view from certain areas. Easy access to the room. Has a private parking for guests, which is great.

The hotel needs to work on having a proper shower handle. It was loose and could never adjust the temperature as it was impossible to get hot water and that meant cold showers…only once a trickle of scalding hot water came down and in seconds disappeared..we had a party of 3 families and all with the same situation…the place was clean and comfortable and good location besides comfy beds. It just need the water problem solved.

Well located in town near the ferry terminal, basic bit very clean. The sand removal station was a nice touch. Next door to a very nice restaurant.

No closet or rack to hang clothes. On our last night there, a topless female guest kept yelling & trying to get into our room around Midnight - she threatened to jumó off the balcony - a local called the police but they never came to calm her down. It was not the way we wanted to spend our last night on the island.

We loved the private balcony, the view of the ocean & restaurant on the premises.

There was a water leak through the ceiling in one of the two rooms that my family stayed in, which dripped on one of the beds. I sent a text message to the property advising of the issue with no response.

No front desk, no extra towels, slow communication response, bed was uncomfortable and noisy, no enough room to put personal belongings. Bathroom had mold in toilet base and shower curtain. Blanket had stains.

No hot water, really noisy due to the restaurant next door (until 9:30pm), no clean towels during the stay, and the room is pretty small with no space for your luggages. there’s also no staff around. we were lucky enough to run into an housekeeper who was able to give us new towels but the office is always closed.

Really well located if you do not have a car. It’s close to the ferry station (5min walk, really easy to find) and all the restaurants.

I had some trouble with the lock on my door - it took a bit to get it to shut correctly. As a woman traveling alone this tends to make me a little nervous, but other than that everything was great.

The location is ideal - you can easily walk to local restaurants and even to the ferry very easily. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. There are some lockers to keep your luggage, but they tend to fill up so just note you might not always get one. But very convenient. The staff was super helpful, and they even went above and beyond to help me retrieve a lost item left behind after I left. Appreciate that so much!

I had room 22, although it had a balcony it wasn’t private.

it was a great location. walking distance to local bar. local beer 2.00, bakery good breakfast (7.00 for eggs, bacon and toast. ) parking right on site. they have lockers you can leave toy bags in , if you check out and aren’t leaving until later.
