Too much noise in the street.

There was no someone to talk to or complain. I found a lady by the elevator. The facility did not offer breakfast. Room was kept without cleaning except for 1- day. They insisted that I should leave my room by 11.00 because they were overwhelmed with booking. I have stayed in the lobby till 1.00 pm and no one show up.

The hotel is very under kept. The carpet is filthy and littered with stains in the entire lobby and room. The bed is ok but the sheets are old, cheap and new sheets are needed. Old towels and other minor things are needed. The hotel has extreme potential and just daily carpet cleaning and changing old bedding would be a good start.

If your room look at the street it will be very noisy at night, so if you have a sensitive sleep - take a room that looks at inner yard. Also bathroom is very uncomfortable (especially washbasin).

Location is perfect! Escambron Beach is close, a lot of restaurants are close, it’s only 8-10 min drive to forts. Room is good and comfort. Owner is very attentive :)

I wish there had been more employees around. One of the things they advertised was being able go borrow beach chairs but there was no one at the desk we could ask about that. It would’ve also been awesome if the hotel restaurant was opened more often, but that’s not an advertised service so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience.

The location was great! The beach was 8 minutes from the hotel, and there were some good restaurants and spots near it. I liked how easy the check in was you just had to come in with the code. Getting extra things like towels and slippers was also surprisingly easy. The best part was how comfy the beds were. I was little apprehensive about them not having a phone number to contact, but if you email they reply super fast and resolve your issue equally as fast!

The property is nice, but in some ways seems kind of awkward. It is very difficult to interact with staff on the site, and while the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable enough, the carpeting in our room had a fair amount of staining. Also, consistent hot water supply was a problem throughout the several days that we were there.

We chose this hotel because of its location roughly between the old and new parts of San Juan. It is a short walk away from Escambron Beach, a nice public beach where we were able to go snorkeling and swim with turtles. We were able to run extensively in the area, including a nice loop into old San Juan.

At the moment for the check in, there was nobody to receive us. I talked to the guy who was at the parking and he had the key of my room. When I get back to the hotel, the key didn't open the door of the hotel, as I said before, at the hotels lobby, nobody received us. There wasn't employers working, at the front desk, neither for cleaning around. The only employer I talked to, all the time, was the guy at the parking. So, I had to go back for the guy at the parking because the key didn't open. He gave me another key, and that other key, didn't open the hotel door either. I went for third time walking to the same guy and the hotel owner named Jose was talking by phone with the guy of the parking and told the guy of the parking to give me a master key. That key opened the door finally!!! I don't recommend the hotel. At least until they have personal in the front desk and attend you as you deserve. The room was great and clean. The had parking out side for 10 dollars per night, but I preferred to the the one at "Paseo Caribe". It was safer for me. The worst situation was at the check in and even the check out. Nobody there to assist you! Other than that, it was ok.

Wifi kept dropping out. No hot water from shower. No check in till after 4pm which is later than most hotels.

Very close to scuba location, which was the reason for my trip. Large room with comfortable beds. Good value compared to others in the area. Good restaurants and cafes nearby.

The room had a bunch of carpet stains, stains on the furniture, and hair in the shower. Also the windowsill had water damage. I just wish the rooms were cleaned more thoroughly.

The front staff were amazing! Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating! I loved how close the beach is. Just a short 8-10 mins walk. The hotel supplies you with beach towels and a beach chair. Location is pretty fair. About an 8 mins drive from Old San Juan and a 35 mins walk. Also, about a 15 mins drive to the airport! Comfy bed and super spacious room.

I understand is the old San Juan, but I find it too expensive for what you find there. Particularly the bathroom is little small and need a update for so big room and the price. The parking is little complicated.

The staff super friendly. The localization was centric, but find the place the first day was terrible The room is huge, and clean.

The breakfast was below par for the price of the hotel. They only served cereal cups, two options of bagels, toasted bread slices, slices of cheese and meat, and the packaged muffins. Would’ve thought they offered a hot meal with the hotel being as deluxe as it is. Luckily, we had brunch reservations at different restaurants everyday of our stay.

The location of the hotel is top tier. The landmarks I needed to visit were 10 mins or less away. Ubers were only $7-$10. The beach is about 3 minutes away and it’s beautiful.
