The showers can get dirty quickly but they're cleaned daily. You can't leave your stuff at the reception, however, they're very close places that can keep your luggage for the day for usd5.

The location of the hostel is perfect if you want to stay in the heart of old San Juan. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very helpful. Thankful to Carlos for arranging my travel to Culebra and all the tips.

The cleaner came everyday but because people wore their shoes in the bathroom it could still be a little dirty. Also, the AC could be a little too effective!

Amazing location - central and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Paolo texted a few times to check everything was okay - I’ve never had that level of care in a hostel. Great social atmosphere and very effective AC!

A bit loud on the weekends as it's above some type of bar which played loud music (only on the weekend). That said, I brought ear plugs and it didn't bother me at all.

The location couldn't be beat. The rooms where clean and comfortable.

There were staff around but everything was done online and I didn’t speak to anyone who worked there. If I’d had a problem, I don’t know what I would have done about it.

Clean, comfortable, quiet (inside anyway), great location, very easy to use even though I arrived at 2am!

This was my first time staying in a Hostel. I enjoyed everything about my stay here. I met a lot of very nice people. It was located right in the heart of Old San Juan and it is walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Difficult to communicate with before booking starts. Tried through booking, email and phone numbers I could find and no reply. You access the building by swiping a card but ours didn't work at 1am and no receptionist at that time. Had to make a lot of noise for a guest to open us the door.

Very well decorated, nice common areas. Good wifi. Able to leave my bags after check out (at my own risk). Friendly staff. Nice bath towels included and full body mirror in the room. Amenities available.

The mattresses were absolutely horrible. Theres a metal bar that run through the middle for support and it just makes sleeping extremely uncomfortable. Other than that everything else was pretty great. We did notice that in the day room and couch area there were little insects also biting our exposed areas not sure if its a common occurrence or what but our ankles and arms were ate up.

The bathrooms. That is my only concern. They need to keep up with the bathrooms, they look acceptable but definitely could look cleaner.

WiFi did not work in rooms at all and there was a very bad connection in the common living room. It was good only by the reception. So if you are planning to spend some time working from there, you would have to figure out a different place or a coworking space.

The location is amazing and the staff is very nice. Bathrooms were clean and private (one per person with your own shower and a toilet). Great hostel energy and people were friendly and comfortable hanging out together in the common areas.

The way in was a little confusing (we couldn't open the door or instructed ahead) but we found our way in through another guest to go upstairs. Mattress was a little thin so my back hurt a little in the morning but might be just me.

Located conveniently in the heart of town (unbeatable!) Paolo was genial and helpful. The common areas are very clean and well-maintained with care. Shampoo and shower gel were also available for us to use. A great short convenient stay!
