There were a couple of napkins that found their way in the pool. We also received a noise complaint, although I know we were not being very loud and it was only 9 P.M.

Everything was amazing! The staff was very nice and accommodating! Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning. The room was comfortable and fit everyone comfortably. We nearly lived in the pool while we were there. The swim up bar and grill were the best. The drinks were perfect and the chicken quesadilla was hands down the best I have ever had in my life!

Would wish the bar by the pool was a bit bigger. Laundry room could use more ventilation.

The bar by the pool had great food. The two rooms suite was very comfortable. The kitchenette was very convenient. Laundry room was very convenient as well. Staff was very polite and courteous.

My only problem was the charging of for parking daily.

The breakfast should be improved, but not too bad. I had previously visited the hotel, and this time has no happy hour since was Sunday. This happy hour should apply at least whole weekend.

I didnt like the fact that I have to pay for the parking of the hotel when im staying there. It doesnt make any sense.

Every thing was so good. The food was great, the employees were so nice and the Piñas coladas was amazing!

The only thing that I would complain about are the pillows and the early closing of the pool. The pool should stay open until at least 11:00 pm. I suggest more firmness with the selection of the pillows, The bed was great, really comfortable, but the pillows not so great. I could not get comfortable.

I liked the location of the hotel, in the fact that it wasn't far from the airport. I loved the daily breakfast and the variety of items to choose from. I loved the fact that I was able to get a late check out, due to me having a later flight.

The only complaint we had was the powdered eggs. Everything else met our satisfaction.

I’m glad I made the choice of staying at Hampton Inn. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The whole staff was friendly and very accommodating. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The one disappointment was the powdered eggs. I would have preferred the real thing. The pool was great. The, “extras,” happy hour, free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and having beach accessories for the guests put the finishing touch on our stay. We would definitely return.

No music during happy hour and no beverage provided for kids during happy hour.

I like verything about this hotel. Great for family with small children. Location is perfect. 5-7 minutes from the airport. Not very loud. Peaceful and beautiful. Staff are awesome. The hotel is very clean and I'm very picky when it comes to hotel being clean. This hotel met all my expectations. Breakfast is great and happy hour is good. I wish they had music during happy hour and provide some type of non-alcoholic beverages for kids during happy hour.

We enjoyed the pool and the ability to borrow beach chairs each day. It was great to have the happy hour each day and the pool bar/restaurant for food!

The TV in the room did not work (room 335, in case you wonder) We decided to not call the front desk since we had wifi. A large group of teens checked in on our last night at the hotel and they were super loud and noisy.

Breakfast was great. Our housekeeper, Isa, did a fantastic job and was super attentive. Alanis, receptionist, was always resourceful and helpful. Having coffee readily available at all times was really cool.

the dryer was out of order. there was not a sign on it. I went to the desk about it because i put in $1.50 and the staff said it was out of order and someone must have taken the sign off. they didn’t offer my money back and I thought that was not ok. when I was checking out I brought it up again and was refunded the money but was still put out by the evening staff.

the pool bar had amazing food. and the bar staff was outstanding.
