The step into bathroom and slippery bathroom floor is hazardous! Microwave was ok but a stove would have been wonderful. Please get the new signs erected!!

Beautiful location. Lovely balcony. Would recommend. (But take a photo with you: there are no signs up and the cab driver insisted we were at a place down the hill as the residence has changed its name.)

We had alot of trouble finding it initially. None of the locals recognized it by its new name. Google maps did not work well, even tho it recognized the name. The balcony gets alot of sun, so it gets very hot during the day. Some type of shade would have been a nice improvement.

The view from the balcony was fantastic! Room very clean, modern and well appointed. You needed a car or golf cart but with that it was a quick drive to town and centrally located.

The AC made noise. The house rules were taped into the wall; simple frames for them, or a bulletin board type display, in my opinion, would make a big difference to a great place.

The website said they had salt, pepper, and oil but there wasn't any. I wrote to them to request some, but there was no response. The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable.

THe management staff provided poor customer service. They could not accommodate the simplest request--a safe place to store luggage. We also didn't realize the distance from town and the need for transportation.

- No hot water - No water on last day from midnight until morning. It might be an island-wide issue but tanks/backup mechanisms could be in place - AC was broken upon arrival. No notification from staff. Technicians came into the unit twice while we were out to fix it - Location: NEED a golf-cart or vehicle. Not many restaurants or grocery stores around. Each taxi ride will cost $10/person. Would not recommend walking: 30+ mins - Staff can be more responsive

Clean, spacious, modern apartment. Good view from a big balcony. Luggage storage available. Evette from housekeeping was amazing. We arrived before check-in and she helped store our luggage, provided beach equipment, and guided us on the island life.

In the room are hanging warning signs - actually a price list of bedsheets and towels you are being charged if they are not cleanable. Strange enough! They are trying after we left to charge us 43 Dollar for "dirty towels", which were not ours!!!! After we left, we suddenly received photos of reddish stained bed sheets and towels. These were not from us because we left them 100 % clean! They are using old pictures, pictures from another customer or they washed the white stuff with something red and try to blame us now and sell their pictures as a "proof". We told them that if they act like this that they need to check out us together like car rentals. The argued that Booking.com is not allowing that they clean the room while we are in. I travelled around the world and this is unbelievable!

Patio door leaked, so when it rained (which is very often on Culebra) water came into our hotel room. I believe they are fixing it now.

1. WiFi not functioning which meant no internet or ability to use TV streaming services. Informed owner who wasn’t able to resolve and didn’t offer compensation. 2. Shower head needs to be replaced as it doesn’t work well. 3. Shower glass also leaks water out onto the tile floor near the sink 4. Entry door doesn’t have a deadbolt, only the access doorknob. 5. Window above main door and patio door don’t have shades, so morning sunlight very bright 6. No oven or cooktop, only microwave.

suggest to add small stove top ( at least 1 burner and 1 pan to cook better breakfast than with a microwave) no shampoo; only provided bath gel and hair conditioner mosquitoes in both floors and also in the front yard bathroom in first floor and bedroom in 2nd floor is not convenient

booking management and communication was very good; place has good location and has parking; all offered amenities were available and worked fine; full size refrigerator was nice and kitchen well equipped except for no stove; wifi and Roku TV and air conditioner worked very well ; provided beach towels… that was a nice bonus

I did not like that they left the door open and the key on the door. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable staying the night there. I was traveling with all women and there was no one in the office to greet us. when I contacted the property no one responded and a person texted back and was very rude and said the instructions were sent to my inbox in booking.com. Someone could of gone in there before us for we knew. There was no one around to help us and my phone was dead, we are in a new state did not know anyone and had no option but to stay there. However, we were terrified the whole night we didn't know if anyone knew the keys were there and could of made a copy and hurt us. I found this very unprofessional and poor in communication, they could of at least called. I didn't see the message from booking.

They told me that they will help me with my bags before the check in time but they never answer until the time that was the check in. Also, the bathroom was broken and I tried to contact for help since 7 am and I didn´t have any answer until 9am without a solution so for half of the day I didn´t have the bathroom to use!!!!

The location was really nice, it is closed to everything so you can be in any beach in 15 minutes.

Even following the instructions of how to get hot water it don’t work. I was expecting better customer service and have someone of the property that make sure it will work as described. I don’t like the cold water in a cold weather condition and it was on my stay.

I like the room and the view from the suite room. It’s has the basic needs and enough space to share.

I didn't like the fact that it appeared that they give the same code to all guests as I had no idea what room numbers we were given and when I arrived went to the first door we saw and was able to open the door with the code I was given for my room and barged in on people in their room. We contacted the host and they responded immediately and we were given our room numbers. My husband and I did not feel safe thinking someone could walk in at any time with the same code. :(

I liked the modern look and feel. Clean towels and had a set of toiletries.
