Too cold in lobby

Our room thermostat didn't work properly. It never really cooled off. Just enough for it not to be hot. I let the front desk know, but it was not fixed during our stay.

Breakfast buffet was great! Fully stocked and hot every morning.

The staff was very friendly . The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable . The bathroom was huge. The balcony had an amazing view . We had a view of the ocean and the strip . The pool area was nice and clean.

When I arrived there were no towels to bathe in my room but they were quick to respond. At 8:30 in the morning the construction started to sound from the repairs they are doing but luckily I was already awake.

I liked the view from the room (towards the lake), the small and quiet pool and the access to the facilities of the Condado Hotel.

Being charged 45 dollars for a wine bottle that’s worth 15 dollars and scamming me like im stupid cause they knew I was American

Breakfast was nasty and the lady acted like we couldn’t eat their if we didnt have a voucher or invite.. it took like 10 minutes for her to say we can eat there if we wanted the buffet but I heard her offer other options to other guests!!

I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for years but I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location. There was an honest mistake made on my part and I booked our hotel for the wrong night. While I understand that this was my mistake, I was hoping this property would have looked at my membership and made an exception, but instead they were very difficult to work with. The reps at Booking couldn’t get a hold of anyone and they still charged me for one night even though I never made it to the property. Very dissatisfied with the service.

The room entry door was difficult to open and close. The remodeled bathroom is uncomfortable. Breakfast was horrible and expensive! However, the bed was very comfortable.

The wifi was down the 1st night, limited things to watch on TV. The door getting stuck was a fire hazard, the toilet barely flushing was another issue. The rude guy in the bar area was another factor, I don't plan on staying again. It was a nice room/view. Close to the beach, but you had to go about 5 blocks before you're near any food/action. Starbucks was directly across the street, but I'm not a Starbucks kind of person

Check in / out process. They could not find my third party reservation; next day, they could not check me out at 4:30 am, it has been 5 days since I left, and I have not received my invoice/receipt! They don't answer the phone/email.

Bathroom was smaller than expected compared to room size (barely could fit two people in if you are traveling with your partner) but it did the job.

The two beds room has very heavy smells. With the higher price we paid, we were switched to a king bed room after we complained about the smell problem. I booked all breakfasts for our three day stay in this hotel. The first day we went to have our breakfast, we were not told the hot and cold food were separated and hot food would be charged for extra money. After we finished our breakfast, I left with my mom and son and knew nothing about this. But my friend who asked for some boiled water waiting was told she needed to pay money and was not allowed to leave… it’s not the price, it’s their unprofessional attitude and service that made this stay very unpleasant. Another thing, the day we left and checked out. It took us more than ten minutes to check out… and I was told every details of our bill would be sent to my email but I never received anything…
