My entire stay at Juliette was fabulous! The staff was sweet and helpful, the room and building was clean and very safe. It was walking distance to all the major places in Old San Juan. I would definitely book here again, and probably soon!

Didn’t expect so many male staff members in a women’s only hostel, everyone was cool though. Had to ask to clean bathrooms and showers.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location, spacious lockers - carry on suitcase fits easily and still have room for clothes and other things, there’s a little shelf and a lamp by each bed, which is very convenient, free drinking water and tea.

There were a few mosquitos in the hostel, but I guess that could a general San Juan issue. Hope, they will be put mosquito repellant in the rooms.

The hostel was very clean, and the staff was super sweet. We had a great stay there, and they even offered s free beer and bottled water, free coffee, works space, and helped us store our bags even after check-out to let us explore more after checkout. 10/10 recommend.

The rooms, the workspace, the bathrooms, the comfy beds, the location, the communication through WhatsApp, the staff!! Everything was exceptional! Their attention to detail is amazing! The workspace had good wifi and coffees. The beds were so comfortable and had black out curtains and ac so I had a nice sleep. They provided lockers and towels too. They made my late night check in seamless. The staff were so friendly and helpful I will absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone I know is staying in San Juan. The price was really reasonable as well!

The staff was so kind! They were friendly and made sure we were having a nice stay. The hostel offers complimentary water bottles and beer when you arrive. The lobby also has filtered water and a tea station with a lot of yummy flavors. The area felt safe and the building was cute! I would definitely stay here again!

I wish there was a kitchen or bigger fridge available (currently just a mini fridge for all guests). The hostel isn't the greatest for socializing as there are no organized tours/events (if that's what you're looking for). The area isn't very safe to walk after sundown.

I stayed here for a week. The hostel was clean (dorm room and bathroom), and the rooms had air conditioning. And the staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. There are also washers and dryers available (for a fee). The 24/7 security made me feel safe.

Was really nice to stay at Juliette Hostel, the staff was aways able to help, the location was good, I walked to the city (around 17min and to the beach around 15min) the room was clean and comfy. I recommend the hostel for sure.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Check-in/out was seamless. The property was clean as was the room and restroom/shower area. The room was large and had great lighting. AC worked because PR is hotttttt!!! The lockers were large. Bed was comfy. Security on site. There was a market across the street, a food truck with good food next door and the surrounding area felt safe for a solo traveler. This was my first time staying at a hostel and I'm happy that I had a great experience.

I had a great experience at Juliette! The queen beds for a hostel were super comfy and I slept great. In my experience, it was also not really a party hostel and it was pretty quiet, which was good for getting a good night's sleep. The area around the hostel was a little sketchy so just be aware if you are walking around alone at night. It was very close to Old San Juan which was super convenient. The breakfast cafe attached to it was also great, I would recommend checking that out even though it is not the same business.

Price was just a little high for a hostel as it was not in the immediate vicinity of a lot of other hotels/restaurants or directly on the beach. This was not a huge issue though and would not stop me from booking here again!

The location, easy check-in, and facilities were awesome! Would definitely recommend! Two of us had the entire room to ourselves and had a great stay! Very easy and fast communication with the staff via WhatsApp and they saw to any of our needs immediately. The only downside was the price was just a little high but I would definitely stay here again and no matter what the pictures look like on the outside, it’s a gorgeous little place and I would tell any friends and family to stay here. Also the rooms are very quiet no matter what time you want to sleep so we slept well every night! 10 minute walk to Escambron beach which we did every day, and easy 10 min Uber ride to old San Juan or the Santurce area. Not too much in the immediate area within walking distance but Uber was easy and cheap so this was not a problem for us!

The bathrooms need more attention through the day. The climate in the room was extremely cold several nights but they adjusted the temp for us.

The customer service was amazing. I was hesitant to keep my booking due to the old Google images of the front of the property and the neighborhood, but an associate kindly showed me via video the updated conditions. The lobby was clean and secured. Wasn’t too far from Old San Juan.

The bathrooms were hot and muggy and the shower pressure was low. We had an incident with a guest that came in the middle of the night, made a ton of noise, turned on lights and was extremely rude. Staff addressed it the next day, but it still made me uncomfortable and left me with a sour taste in my mouth. San Juan is extremely expensive, so this is all I could afford. It's just a gamble with hostel dorm rooms, as you never know who you are going to get. Still rated the hostel a 10, because it's not their fault for the behavior of other guests.

The location was great. I was in town for a conference, and it was within walking distance to the conference and to Old San Juan. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the area. I appreciated the included tea station and cold water filter in the lobby. I liked that there was a coworking space nearby that I could use. I didn't have time to visit it, but I still appreciated the option. The rooms had A/C which was much appreciated and the beds were large, almost queen size.

We stayed here for a night and needed parking and a place close to the Old Town. I loved this hostel! The staff was very helpful and nice, gave us good advice and catered to all our needs. The facilities are clean and new. I loved the queen beds! Lockers provided, too. Parking was close by and safe. 10/10

This stay was excellent on all accounts. The staff were amazing, the place was comfortable and clean, there are extra services like a co-working space, coffee and tea corner. They let me leave my things after checking out. I was always greeted with a smile.
