Excellent location - walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, and shopping. We were always able to find parking on the street within a block or two. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Easy self check-in. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!

Overall humidity in the apartment regardless of the turned on AC. All clothes get damp in the closet. Shower could be bigger. Patio requires some attention and maintenance. Coffee maker was leaking.

Superb location! Proximity to a few grocery and convenience stores. Great space overall. Cute lounge area for guest at the back with sun beds, beach towels are provided.

I'd like to have an electric kettle, more light in the room, and more regular hot-cold water balance. Also, it is a big difference in which building your room is. I first got a very smelly room in outdated building, but after I contacted customer care, they moved me to a better one. When booking a room it is not clear what are you getting. More images of what each room looks like should be provided, as now it looks more like a lottery.

The staff was great and very responsive to any requests. The location was great - close to everything - the beach, a Super Max supermarket, small shopping center, Starbucks, petrol station, DoubleTree Hotel where you can go for a meal or a cocktail. It feels pretty safe in the area, just watch where you are stepping in when walking along the streets.

Documentation prior to arrival and when being in the complex (signs at the wall) has room for improvement. Issues had been fixed by their friendly staff .

It was during Spring Break when I was staying, so some of the students who were staying in the hotel were loud at late night by the pool area.

The customer service is excellent, they are always available to help with questions and solved issues right away. The location is excellent as well, close to supermarket and restaurants in particular.

The apartment was better than expected, very clean and tidy. The bed is big and comfortable and you can find anything you need for kitchen utilities.

Out door space in between apartments need a lot attention, there was a lot of staff left in corners looks like construction trash. Plants on patio need some attention, plants needs water!

Location was the best, we definitely recommend! Room and bathroom were small but it had everything we needed. You stay there for the location, not the room. We didn't have hot water during our stay, which kind of sucked. Make sure to follow-up with the owner if this is a deal breaker for you.

No parking space

The apartment was nice and clean and it had everything you need. The kitchen was working with the appliances needed and the bathroom had plenty of towels and hot water. For me the location is the best feature. The only downside is they don’t have parking. Overall you have many food and activities choices in walking distance. I do recommend this place.

The water pressure was weak and the water temperature was luke warm at best

The court yard space with the pool was fabulous. The room was really too small to stay in there beside sleeping so the communal space was appreciated. Communication over the messaging platform was a great was to reach out to the hosts.

The bathroom door needs to be fixed in room which I stayed. Also upon entering the building the floor was not swept in days and continued to remain the same throughout my stay.
