It has the things you need like AC, refrigerator, microwave, small stove, private bathroom. If you have a car it’s not far from old San Juan. If you don’t have a car, the beach is only like 10 mins walking or less. Very close to the airport.

Nothing not to like!

The location is near the beach and in the city. It is only a short drive to old San Juan. The communication with Lyzanne was perfect. Very short response time. If you need anything she is responding really fast. We missed the towels after we put them out to get them changed. In literally 2 minutes we had new towels after we contacted her. The place is reasonable size with a small kitchen some plates/cups a small coffee machine, big TV (which you should not even need for the reason there is so much to do in San Juan. It was clean and the bed was comfy. We slept really good. There was no problem with noise we could not hear anything from the outside in our room. We were staying last year in another property which was managed/owned by Lyzanne too and we were satisfied too. 10/10 points for the stay. We will book one of your properties anytime again.

The water system was different to take a shower and it be warm you had to start it then back it off a little.

As a solo woman I of course was cautious when looking for a place. However this little gem was exactly what I needed. It was an amazing location with a bridge access to the beach less than a 5 mins walk. The room and property were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had everything I needed a mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The neighborhood the home is located is around other vacation homes so you won’t be the only person walking in the area. I loved it and think it’s great for solo travelers and couples.

Patio area outside with seats, right outside of the bedroom (is ground floor rooms). So if the other guests are outside chatting at night or in morning etc can be a bit noisy. Also means have to have curtains drawn fully or else everyone can see into your room.

Easy to get to from airport, easy self- check in details. Comfortable and large bed, clean room. I only stayed one night but if staying longer it's very useful that they have a mini fridge, stove-top, microwave, kettle etc. large TV in room, great air conditioner. Would definitely stay again.

I was very pleasantly surprised! The host was very much on top of everything, even to the point of sending a photo of the entrance so I could immediately recognize it. The room was actually great, felt very warm and cozy, with a very spacious bed, bathroom and everything needed for my overnight stay in Puerto Rico. The location is really great, specifically in between flights as it is very close to the airport and in a very quite neighborhood with lots of restaurants in the area.

After United Airlines cancelled our flight on 1/6 (Three Kings Day), I knew it was going to be difficult to find a decent hotel in San Juan. Found Mar Baltico and easily confirmed. Thank you for rescuing us from sleeping in the SJU airport!

Location is great right by Panaderia España. The room is spacious enought for 1 or 2 people. It is clean and nicely decorated. The bed is comfortable amd AC works great.

The owner is very professional, kind and helpful. The staff was simply great. Ada is very attentive and an excellent host. The room and the outdoors are nice and clean. The service is great. The last night of my stay the air conditioner stopped working (that can happen anywhere), but the nice thing is that the owners immediately showed up and repaired it. I had my air conditioning back after awhile. That’s what I call caring and excellent service for your customers. Location is superb. If possible, I will stay at Mar Báltico every time I visit our beautiful Island. I recommend this place 150%.
