Room was very basic with no storage, minimal places to hang towels, swimsuits, etc. There was no daily housekeeping, water pressure wasn't great. But if you're looking for a clean, affordable hotel with a great location, this fits the bill.

Clean, great location, nice pool, felt very safe since it's gated, had lots of convenient extras, like the mini fridge and freezer in our room, bottled water available to guests, community area with microwave, stove, toaster, washer/dryer available to use, staff was friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, very close to the beach and lots of restaurants, air conditioner worked well.

Not necessarily a bad thing since it's explicitly stated, but if you're renting a car be prepared to park a few blocks away. We only saw a spot open on the street once during our stay, but didn't have any issues finding one somewhere else.

The proximity to the beach and local restaurants was amazing, and the lodging is simple but exactly what you'd need. Everything we were looking for was within 20 minutes walking distance! When cafes were too crowded it was really nice to come back and have our breakfast at the common area by the pool. We didn't end up using the kitchen area but that was also very nice to have, especially since you'll sometimes see Mijo the cat there.

The rooms were bare bones...advertised mini fridges but our room didnt have one. It also would have helped to have at least a chair in the room or even a small table and chairs so you don't have to sit on the bed.

We loved the location....several blocks to the beach and numerous restaurants! We also loved the bed!!!

In the room we stayed at, the only thing I feel could have been better is that the bed frame was extremely squeaky/loud/ and made so much noise getting in and out of bed or even tossing at night. I think the frame is loose and needs to be tightened.

The location was very good. The property is easy to access, being gated and secured made us feel very safe and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The small hallway that leads to room is shared by 3 other rooms . You can hear Everything. The maid was talking outside our room on her phone for 30 min at 7 am . That was annoying . Door slams from neighbours wake you up at anytime . Our main issue was really the noise.

This is a small hotel that does the work without breaking the bank. The beach is 5 minutes away. There are a lot of restaurants , cafes and one big supermarket close by. We had room # 33 which has a large shared balcony up in the front. Overall nice stay

The rooms are too congested/small. We had an issue with having to get our room cleaned after checking in because it wasn’t cleaned prior. We requested new bedding because we spilled water in ours and while we were given the bedding, the maid refused to help us put it on or assist in any way. The bathroom is really tiny and not designed in the most practical manner.

The location is ideal. It is close to Old San Juan and the beach. The area is safe and has cafes/restaurants near by.

No shelf in shower for shampoo and soap... There are no shelves or hooks anywhere in the room to hang anything in the room, and the night stand space is defiantly not enough for all the personal stuff you'd like to keep out like lotion, deodorant, sunscreen and etc... Also, keep in mind as I said no hooks so things took long to dry... The TV could be raised as it's so low it was hard to watch tv once we were actually in bed and had the comforter on it covered half the tv.. Updated photos of the area... and add full body mirrors to room....

I really loved the entire look of this place; it is absolutely beautiful. The tranquility and coziness' we felt was exactly what we needed. The patio and pool area were nice, and were nicely surrounded by beautiful, placed plants and lots of greenery, the pool felt to always be the perfect temperature... It would have been nice to maybe have a few more towels in the room after a few days... but we made it work. The shower doesn't have anything to hold shampoo or soap, so we had to throw on the floor... There are no shelves or hooks anywhere in the room to hang anything in the room, and the nightstand space is defiantly not enough for all the personal stuff you'd like to keep out like lotion, deodorant, sunscreen and etc... Also, keep in mind as I said no hooks so things took long to dry, but we were in the bird nest room and my husband would put some stuff outside to dry which didn't take too long considering the weather. Location is in a good area, literally a 3-minute walk to the beach, plenty of food restaurants, bars and gas stations close by. Less than 10 minutes away from Old San Juan with plenty of Ubers always close, with not very long wait times... We are used to a king size, and I didn't realize how small a queen bed was till our first night, but the bed is very comfortable, so it wasn't too bad... The TV could be raised as it's so low it was hard to watch tv once we were actually in bed and had the comforter on it covered half the tv. Also, maybe update some pictures, bird nest showed to nice chairs on the balcony, and we only had one wicker chair.... which was very disappointing as it was both me and my husband... -A suggestion would be to add a full body mirror in the rooms. It would be nice to see how you look especially when on vacation!

Seemed like there was construction going on (or staff present) and can hear them all talking very loud at 7am. Poor water pressure in the shower.

I didn’t realize it wasn’t a proper hotel with a front desk and wish I had realized that. The door to my room was tricky and the only way for folks not to see in was to pull down the blind, but that made it hard to go in and out. Nothing dried, there was no where to hang towels

I like that it was east to get in and out of the main gate, the pool was nice

only downside is we didn’t get housekeeping during our stay. we were there for only 4 days so not terrible and we probably could have asked if we needed anything switched. just something to know for the future

location is incredible! lots of restaurants nearby, nightlife is walkable, and the coffee shop across the street was so convenient! it’s also very aesthetically pleasing and the pool was great!
